So I'm obviously not the only customer they're losing. I'm 65 years old and I've been mountainbiking for 35 years, and was never ever treated that way in any store. "Big ring" in bicycle terminology refers to the large chainring in front of the bike that is connected to the pedals, the big ring is what produces the fast speeds on flat ground as opposed to the small ring that is used for hill climbs. I live just a few minutes from Derby and decided to stop in on a Saturday about an hour before closing time. The interior was much bigger than I expected, and the floor is packed with bikes, gear, clothing, and other types of equipment. I was greeted right when I walked in and explained that it's been a while since I've owned a bicycle, so there has been a lot of advancement that I've not really kept up on. I don't know much about the details of biking other than the basics, but Bill (at least that was the name on my receipt lol) was super nice and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. After a little back and forth, I ended up purchasing a Specialized bike in a really pretty sage green color. Bill explained the warranties, their commitment to servicing their bicycles, and even let me know that they're always happy to help or answer questions that come up after you begin getting more acquainted with the bike. While bicycles have become a lot more expensive since the last time I owned one, I'm very happy with my purchase! I took it out that evening and it was a ton of fun. The seat is a bit uncomfortable, as many probably are, but I'm so happy to finally have a good bike that fits me. Definitely appreciated the help and I would recommend this place to anyone that might be in the market for a new bike!

It clicks when a specific part of the wheel hits the ground. I took into the shop four times in an attempt to resolve the issue. Yeti refuses to get involved. According to them they only warranty the frame not the components they install on their bikes. The rear wheel is a DT Swiss product. The company won't talk to anyone except by email. Email is not the best way to resolve an issue.
