    This place ripped me off!!! Terrible absolutely terrible customer service! I came here months back to fixed a shatter Apple Watch! The screen was fixed, just for me to return months later because the screen was lifting. He put glue on the watch and told me it was repaired, I wasn't quite convinced! A couple weeks later, the screen lifted and when I returned today, he first told me I needed to repair the battery, then later he said I need to repair the belt, and asked for $199. This was never an issue in the past. I argued that the screen continued to lift and that I needed to get the screen repaired since that is what I originally paid for. I was asked to leave the store and told security would be called on myself!! I recommend not going to this place! They are terrible to their customers!

    Great place and great staff. I came here one day to look for a mic and these guys did a fine job of tending to my needs. The thing I like about them is that they actually consult with you about your problems/needs to come up with a solution in the form of a product. I'm planning to create YouTube videos for fun and needed a mic for that. So I came here hoping to find just that. Immediately as I walked in I was greeted by their owner: Luxse. He asked me why I needed a mic and I told him about the YouTube thing. He gave me some advice on picking the right mics at an affordable price and it soon led to a talk about life. This guy has done a lot in his life and it was very nice to see things from his perspective. Great guy. Great business with high-quality products and services. Their location is flamboyant and feels very techy - I like. I had a great experience and I'll be back.

    Friendly customer service. Prompt. Answered all questions and made additional recommendations. Got iPhone 5c screen repaired. Promised 45 minutes which is less than other places. Would return.

    I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

    This place is absolutely awful to say the LEAST. I just got back from there with my brother who had been there 3 times in 3 weeks prior. This was his 4th trip. This is what happend from the begining: Brother takes iphone 5 in for an outer back frame replacement. They replace the frame with a used frame purchased from their store. Brother gets home an hour away and the power/lock button and bottom volume rocker button do not work. Brother takes phone in for a SECOND time to have them fix their mistakes with the power and volume buttons. Brother gets home and the external speaker doesn't work at all. Brother takes phone in for a THIRD time to have them fix the speaker which they had messed up and they said they replaced it with a new speaker. Speaker sounds like complete garbage compared to a standard iphone 5 speaker. (We compared the to my brand new iphone 5 speakers by listening to standard ringtones on each phone side by side) My iphone was just replaced by Apple last week so i KNOW MY speakers work. The guy shrugged his shoulders and changed the subject. Also, the front facing camera is not working now. I went in to the store with my brother tonight for the FOURTH and final trip to have them fix both the faulty speaker and the front facing camera which had previously been working, in addition to his power/lock button and bottom volume rocker. Keep in mind: THE ONY THING THAT WAS WRONG WITH HIS PHONE WHEN HE ORIGINALLY TOOK IT IN FOR SERVICE WAS THE FRAME. The guys in the store were less than helpful. They refused to do anything but give him a discount on their overpriced cheap accessories. (For example-my brother had purchased a case from them while waiting for them to continuously messed up his phone; only to find out later that the same EXACT phone case was available for purchase at FiveBelow for $5!!!!) Also keep in mind that the location of this store is located an hour from my brothers home. There is a $4 toll each way. The amount of time he has spent going to and from the store and waiting for their "repairs", fighting for parking and gas has tallied up to about $200 (including the original repair of the frame). If my brother had just bit the bullet and paid the $250 to Apple for his orginal repair and not tried to give his business to the "little guy" he would not have had nearly as much stress and he would have a working phone. I went to an apple appointment with my brother yesterday. They were willing to replace all of the internals of his phone-including the screen and front facing camera (except the back frame)-until they opened it up and said that there was now corrosion so bad on his phone that it would MAYBE last a few months and that there is a chance that it can stop working all together(this is how i know they did not clean his phone at all while it was open for repair.) Nonetheless, he has voided his standard 1 year standard factory warranty on his 3 month old iphone 5 by having the slightest confidence in these guys. I would recomend that you ONLY use ANY third party repair service for your Apple products as a very LAST RESORT. At the end of the day this place is the biggest rip off and just a waste of time. They don't really seem to know what they are doing or the importance of backing their service. They do not even clean your device when you take it in for service. Im not worried about these guys, they wont make it far. I just had to let it be known to others so any prospective future customers could avoid the hassle. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

    My repeated experiences at this location deserve attention…read more I dropped off my MacBook on September 13, 2025, for repair. Two weeks later, the store told me it "wouldn't turn on." I had made it clear that I needed to delete my data before any work began, but they dismissed my concern entirely. When I visited the store, Jarrett refused to let me see my own computer. After nearly 20 minutes of unnecessary back-and-forth, a supervisor finally allowed me to check it--and to everyone's surprise, I powered it on instantly. That proved no one had even attempted a real diagnosis or repair. The "won't turn on" label was simply a way to close the ticket without doing the work. When I returned on November 6, 2025, after receiving a replacement device, Jarrett's behavior was even worse. He was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful, even after I called Asurion right there in the store and confirmed my active coverage. He refused to perform basic check-in steps, accused me of trying to get free service, and then walked away mid-conversation to help another customer. It was blatant disregard and poor customer treatment. The only reason my visit didn't end in complete frustration was because Jake--who witnessed the interaction--stepped in, answered my questions in a few minutes, and allowed me to leave with clarity. Jarrett's attitude and lack of professionalism have no place in customer service. This isn't an isolated issue; it reflects a pattern of poor management, inadequate training, and failure to uphold even basic service standards. I would never recommend anyone visit this location. If management doubts this account, the store cameras will clearly show how Jarrett treated me as a paying customer. He should be removed from customer-facing duties immediately, as his actions damage both the uBreakiFix and Asurion brands.
