I love that most of these items are specialty, you won't find a lot of the items in your chain drugstore. Upon walking in I was immediately greeted by the very pleasant lady, and she offered to make me a espresso. That's such a sweet touch from a brand new business. They also offer juice or bottled water, if that's your preference. This pharmacy not only offers so many unique products, it's also the perfect stop for guests staying at Delamar who may not have an item on hand. This is most certainly a pharmacy, where you can pick up your prescription. I picked up some supplements, they cost about average. This is great little store and pharmacy it's organized and has a great variety of all kids of necessities. The staff are helpful, welcoming and pleasant. I'll be back here for sure.

Next time you're at CVS, pull up to their drive thru window only to find out it's broken and go inside. Then wait in their germ-infested line wrapped around two aisles only to get to the counter 25 min later and find out CVS: (a) only filled one of your two Rx's despite their App saying it's ready, (b) charge you out of pocket cost bc they never answered your insurance company's calls, or (c) CVS never filled your life-saving cancer med bc they just well forgot. Five minutes later, someone else calls me, asks for the insurance information again which I had already given and said it would be an additional 10 minutes. I was told they only fill prescriptions while patient is waiting... which I was never told. It's a waste of time for busy individuals such as myself. Mind you, I was picking up a small device, not medication. To top off my annoyance, a staff member was rudely speaking in Spanish about another customer. Very unprofessional. First time here and I'll be avoiding coming back!

The pharmacy tech deferred my complaint to the pharmacist covering this location today. He explained how difficult it was for the pharmacy tech to walk from the service counter to the window repeatedly. I laughed and told him I could understand that considering the boot I have to wear to be able to walk.

They certainly have a good variety of all kids of basics. I'll go to the Walgreens pharmacy for a prescription if I ever need one. The process of picking up the prescription has always been smooth and painless. I've also used their photo service many times through the years, if you ever want photos printed to be framed, or for a classroom project, they do a great job in a variety of sizes. The photos are usually ready for pickup within the same day. It is very easy to order what you need through their app or on their website. I've also used their drive through to get a covid test. They offer rapid and PCR testing. This is also really nicely organized, as long as you schedule your time slot on their website. This is a good pharmacy that offers some services that are very well organized and efficient. Going on their website or app helps get timely reminders.

But that's a corporate change. Only negative about this location's pharmacy specifically is that there is no drive through, and the line goes down the cold and flu aisle. I hate standing in line waiting to pick up my meds while people who are sick and coming to pick out cold meds are standing and coughing around you. The line should go down a different aisle . The line also moves VERY slowly as one of the men who works the pharmacy register is very very slow. I often use a different CVS pharmacy when I can.
