Tonight, when I went there, the white employee, about 5'9 with glasses, late 40s or early 50s years old guy said to me to get the fuc* out of the store... I parked my car near the store for literally a min. There is other customers who parked their cars there and I even saw a delivery truck parked there. But for some reason he pointed me out and targeted me individually to take his anger out. I picked up my bag from the counter and I kindly asked the employee "am I all set". He rolled his eye and rudely said "I gave you the bag right, get going". Again politely, I mentioned why me, why you only like that towards me. Last time I came here you told me the machine is not working. And someone else came after me then some how the machine started working but I let that go. But today I wanted to ask him "why me, what did I do to be treated in such way...? While I was leaving, he kept looking at me like he was going to jump the counter and swing at me and as soon I step out of the main door, he started saying get the fuc* out of here and other things.. it was embarrassing enough for the other customers their to witness that, plus as a 7 Eleven member I felt like I was not should be treated in such way. The process of picking up the prescription has always been smooth and painless. I've also used their photo service many times through the years, if you ever want photos printed to be framed, or for a classroom project, they do a great job in a variety of sizes. The photos are usually ready for pickup within the same day. It is very easy to order what you need through their app or on their website. I've also used their drive through to get a covid test. They offer rapid and PCR testing. This is also really nicely organized, as long as you schedule your time slot on their website. This is a good pharmacy that offers some services that are very well organized and efficient. Going on their website or app helps get timely reminders.

I had received notifications from the pharmacy that all three prescriptions were ready. To my surprise, when I arrived at 1:22, I found the drive-thru window closed. Well aware that the pharmacy staff takes an afternoon lunch break from 1:30 to 2:00, I parked my car and went inside the store to pick up my prescriptions. Upon entering, I went directly to the pharmacy at the back of the store, where I found the security gate down and the lights turned off. Inside the pharmacy, I saw three young women chatting at the counter. I checked my mobile phone for the time again. It was 1:24. Although the pharmacy hours clearly posted at the entrance state that the pharmacy closes for lunch from 1:30 to 2:00, the three women ignored me. Holding up my phone to show them the time, I said, "It's 1:24. The pharmacy staff takes a break at 1:30. Why have you closed early?" While two of the women turned away, the third rolled her eyes at me and said, "Come back at two." I immediately went to the front of the store. I showed Ethan, the store manager, the time on my phone, which was 1:27, and told him about my attempt to pick up my three prescriptions before leaving the store. I live with chronic medical conditions that require me to take several prescriptions. The fact that the pharmacy does not adhere to its own posted hours, not to mention the lack of courtesy and professionalism I experienced from the pharmacy staff, is unacceptable. I do not have my three prescriptions, two of which I ran out of this morning. This is not the first time I have had problems picking up my prescriptions from this Walgreens pharmacy because of the staff's unprofessional attitude and behavior.

The pharmacy tech deferred my complaint to the pharmacist covering this location today. He explained how difficult it was for the pharmacy tech to walk from the service counter to the window repeatedly. I laughed and told him I could understand that considering the boot I have to wear to be able to walk.
