This is the real deal, a friendly pharmacist that knows everyone's name and gives personal attention to his customers. I saw him spend nearly ten minutes giving some poor soul with a hacking cough incredibly detailed instructions on when to take her two prescriptions. It's a pretty good sized store that also sells toys, greetings cards, and even beer, wine, and liquor! Something for everyone!

Nothing. Even the inexperienced one leaning against the wall who was just watching. This is poor customer service....it really is. When I think of CVS, I think of prescriptions not anything else that's for sale in the store. I go to CVS to get a prescription. I should go in. I should get out with really no delays They should be ready to rock during busy time. Others behind the counter just watching or doing fairly nothing is unacceptable. There's a mailbox next to the entrance if you have mail. I went after the pharmacy closed, and it was dead. Yet the cashier gave his hello as soon as I walked in, asked if I needed help.... I'm not sure there was anyone else working. But they have self check out so who needs extra humans? The store is fairly large, and pretty clean. It was a standard store though, with everything you need or want from a CVS. No comments on the pharmacy because I had no interactions with them.

Kwesi is one of the kindest people on planet Earth, and easy on the eyes. I have a high deductible plan and one of my medication costs several thousands of dollars a month the two years before the patent expires. They helped with coupons and helping me get the credit card transaction approved (Some banks mark transactions in the thousands at a CVS as fraud unless you call them.) You miss out on life if you don't visit CVS GRanby.

I then grabbed one other item I needed and tried to find someone to check me out...finally I saw the self check out and cashed myself out. And that took awhile because the check out area was cluttered and looked as if someone spilled something on it. So much for supporting local businesses. I went home and did my research and ordered all the items I needed off of AMAZON. Not only was ever item much less ....it was so much less irritating. In fact you won't even see a store named "Higleyville Coin". Instead you'll see the Simsbury Pharmacy. Your GPS isn't broken, because Higleyville Coin is located inside the pharmacy! I visited yesterday and spent a good hour with Robert -the pharmacist who also runs the coin shop. He was super polite, a real gentleman, professional as could be, and very reasonable to deal with. Do not buy equipment from Soma Technology. I received the portable x-ray machine over a month late…read more It has never worked but they have refused to take back their machine for my full refund. They sent a computer repairer to troubleshoot the x-ray machine, magically the lights came on. Almost two weeks later I go to make the first exposure and of course its not working. Technical engineer says they will not refund and if it takes forever I should sit and wait for them to fix the machine. I politely call to report this recent problem and I am told to expect a call back in 20 minutes. It's been four hours and counting. This is the worst business transaction I have ever done. Please beware of this company!
