Next time you're at CVS, pull up to their drive thru window only to find out it's broken and go inside. Then wait in their germ-infested line wrapped around two aisles only to get to the counter 25 min later and find out CVS: (a) only filled one of your two Rx's despite their App saying it's ready, (b) charge you out of pocket cost bc they never answered your insurance company's calls, or (c) CVS never filled your life-saving cancer med bc they just well forgot. I was told they needed 15 minutes to get everything ready. I told her I'll be back soon for it. I came back two hours later, was acknowledged and told it would be a few minutes later. Five minutes later, someone else calls me, asks for the insurance information again which I had already given and said it would be an additional 10 minutes. I was told they only fill prescriptions while patient is waiting... which I was never told. It's a waste of time for busy individuals such as myself. Mind you, I was picking up a small device, not medication. To top off my annoyance, a staff member was rudely speaking in Spanish about another customer. Very unprofessional. First time here and I'll be avoiding coming back!

He explained how difficult it was for the pharmacy tech to walk from the service counter to the window repeatedly. They certainly have a good variety of all kids of basics. I'll go to the Walgreens pharmacy for a prescription if I ever need one. The process of picking up the prescription has always been smooth and painless. I've also used their photo service many times through the years, if you ever want photos printed to be framed, or for a classroom project, they do a great job in a variety of sizes. The photos are usually ready for pickup within the same day. It is very easy to order what you need through their app or on their website. I've also used their drive through to get a covid test. They offer rapid and PCR testing. This is also really nicely organized, as long as you schedule your time slot on their website. This is a good pharmacy that offers some services that are very well organized and efficient. Going on their website or app helps get timely reminders.

But that's a corporate change. Only negative about this location's pharmacy specifically is that there is no drive through, and the line goes down the cold and flu aisle. I hate standing in line waiting to pick up my meds while people who are sick and coming to pick out cold meds are standing and coughing around you. The line should go down a different aisle . The line also moves VERY slowly as one of the men who works the pharmacy register is very very slow. I often use a different CVS pharmacy when I can.
