It's a small pharmacy, but it offers a really nice variety of all kids of things, skin care, oral care, baby care, supplements, hair care, specialty chocolate and tea, all the things are here. I love that most of these items are specialty, you won't find a lot of the items in your chain drugstore. Upon walking in I was immediately greeted by the very pleasant lady, and she offered to make me a espresso. That's such a sweet touch from a brand new business. They also offer juice or bottled water, if that's your preference. This pharmacy not only offers so many unique products, it's also the perfect stop for guests staying at Delamar who may not have an item on hand. This is most certainly a pharmacy, where you can pick up your prescription. I picked up some supplements, they cost about average. This is great little store and pharmacy it's organized and has a great variety of all kids of necessities. The staff are helpful, welcoming and pleasant. I'll be back here for sure.

After playing phone-tag for a week with my doctor's office, I finally got them to send the prescription for the masks and tubing to my local CVS...only for them to call me and tell me they cannot fill that type of prescription there or bill it through my insurance (which is total BS-they could special order and then bill it but they don't want to because it's a longer process, so they tried to pull the wool over my eyes. Nice try.) I didn't want to deal with any more headaches, however, so I scouted around on the internet for local medical supply pharmacies and found Arrow. I asked CVS to transfer my prescription to Arrow and then went there. I walked in and went to drop-off and was helped by a friendly pharmacist almost immediately. I explained my situation to her and she kindly informed me that CVS would not be able to transfer the prescription, that I had to have it in hard copy form or have them e-script it directly to Arrow. She then told me that they carry the supplies I need there, and could save the receipt so I could be reimbursed later. She walked me to the section with the masks and tubing and picked some out for me, then got me a price. I went to grab a couple more sets and thanked her. The other pharmacist who rang me up was not only also incredibly kind, but he gave me a steep discount-the entire purchase came to $16, when it should have been at least $25. I was truly touched and awed at the level of service and care I received here. Truth be told; I'm not used to this; I've been going to the big chain pharmacies almost my entire life. I don't think I'm going to bother fighting with my doctor's office and insurance to try and get reimbursed, at least not this time. Next time, I'll have my office send the prescriptions directly to Arrow; in fact, I think I'll have ALL my prescriptions from here on out filled at Arrow. There really are pharmacies where you are greeted promptly and given a high level of care and service, and Arrow is one of them! Thank you, Arrow!

They certainly have a good variety of all kids of basics. I'll go to the Walgreens pharmacy for a prescription if I ever need one. The process of picking up the prescription has always been smooth and painless. I've also used their photo service many times through the years, if you ever want photos printed to be framed, or for a classroom project, they do a great job in a variety of sizes. The photos are usually ready for pickup within the same day. It is very easy to order what you need through their app or on their website. I've also used their drive through to get a covid test. They offer rapid and PCR testing. This is also really nicely organized, as long as you schedule your time slot on their website. This is a good pharmacy that offers some services that are very well organized and efficient. Going on their website or app helps get timely reminders.

I had received notifications from the pharmacy that all three prescriptions were ready. To my surprise, when I arrived at 1:22, I found the drive-thru window closed. Well aware that the pharmacy staff takes an afternoon lunch break from 1:30 to 2:00, I parked my car and went inside the store to pick up my prescriptions. Upon entering, I went directly to the pharmacy at the back of the store, where I found the security gate down and the lights turned off. Inside the pharmacy, I saw three young women chatting at the counter. I checked my mobile phone for the time again. It was 1:24. Although the pharmacy hours clearly posted at the entrance state that the pharmacy closes for lunch from 1:30 to 2:00, the three women ignored me. Holding up my phone to show them the time, I said, "It's 1:24. The pharmacy staff takes a break at 1:30. Why have you closed early?" While two of the women turned away, the third rolled her eyes at me and said, "Come back at two." I immediately went to the front of the store. I showed Ethan, the store manager, the time on my phone, which was 1:27, and told him about my attempt to pick up my three prescriptions before leaving the store. I live with chronic medical conditions that require me to take several prescriptions. The fact that the pharmacy does not adhere to its own posted hours, not to mention the lack of courtesy and professionalism I experienced from the pharmacy staff, is unacceptable. I do not have my three prescriptions, two of which I ran out of this morning. This is not the first time I have had problems picking up my prescriptions from this Walgreens pharmacy because of the staff's unprofessional attitude and behavior.

But that's a corporate change. Only negative about this location's pharmacy specifically is that there is no drive through, and the line goes down the cold and flu aisle. I hate standing in line waiting to pick up my meds while people who are sick and coming to pick out cold meds are standing and coughing around you. The line should go down a different aisle . The line also moves VERY slowly as one of the men who works the pharmacy register is very very slow. I often use a different CVS pharmacy when I can.
