So we waited for a pizza since they don't sell it by the slice. We got a Coke which was kind of warm despite being in a refrigerated container. We asked for ice, they jokingly (?) said it cost $2 a cup then said they didn't have ice. I'm not clear if they do charge for ice, but it is odd for a place with a dine in area to not have any ability to dispense ice. The pizza was fine. It was bubbling hot out of the oven. The employees were friendly, and dining area was clean. Just disappointed with the lack of multiple ingredients that would have made the dining experience much better.

No more Max Bibo, no more Church & Main, Dunkin D bailed, jeez I can't even remember where else we used to eat, there was that old irascible Alsatian dude running the "French" sandwich place... anyway, these guys felt like the only game in town after everyone else had folded. And they're great! They hustle like mad during the rush, so a long line just blazes through. And this is hugely important to me, because it says they value not only your time as a part of their value prop, but also their own! And high throughput need not mean low quality; our pals here listen and execute as requested. Loads of options, the great chip selection as noted elsewhere, and a decent assortment of drinks in the back. But what I like the best, even more than the customary "Hello big boss!" greeting that I (and probably 42 other not-so-big bosses) get, is the dogged determination to create and deliver a needed, wanted product despite some not-so-small odds. I'm in here twice a week on average, and if I weren't trying to lose weight by bringing in a salad the other days it would be 4 times. Love these guys

First, the intersection to get to this Walgreens is just awful, I know it's not the store's fault. But traffic is awful here if it's around after work hours. I pulled to the drive through and made it to the window just a few minutes before my scheduled time. I told the pharmacist I came for my scheduled covid test. Well guess what? He just walked away from the window. Not ok. I figured he just went to get my test. Well I waited and waited at the window without anyone saying anything to me about why I'm waiting. I waited for 20 long minutes. I'm sorry to all the cars behind me. Finally he came back with my test, I got no explanation or an apology for waiting this long at the window. Maybe the pharmacist is new, and doesn't know how to do things, maybe they're just not organized, I'm not sure what the problem is, but this is unacceptable. I will not go to this location again, there are plenty of Walgreens that know how to do their job and communicate with customers.

What made this one stand out to me though is that it had exactly what I was looking for. I had been searching for a specific rum all over CT now that not even total wine had (and they have everything) so I was pleasantly surprised when i found it. Even more so by how friendly the guy behind the counter was, he said if there was anything I ever wanted all I had to do was ask and he could get it for me, and that is exactly the type of customer service you can expect at this place. The layout itself is really nice, very well kept and clean, if you need cash theres an atm, and theres a bag policy too so make sure not to bring in a big bag unless you want to leave it at the counter. There's also a website and app for added convenience, and they host events sometimes too. Truly a one stop shop for all your liquor needs, specialty or otherwise.
