My insurance company took back my bipap machine twice due to not being able to wear it as much as needed. They have gone above and beyond getting me set up with the correct mask fittings, making sure I had the machine, and helping me by checking in, and seeing what they could help me with so that the insurance would allow me to keep the machine. After a year and a half of sleep tests and anxiety with the machine. I was going to have to hand the machine back over because of not enough use again with the machine. It is so difficult to get used to, on top of the pressure that they will take it back if I'm not used to it on their timetable, with an anxiety disorder. They ( the insurance company) do not allow more time for people with anxiety. Jason has helped me through this process. Now that the machine is being taken away he gave me a donated machine so that I can get used to this machine on no timetable and finally sleep. This will literally save my life. I cannot function. I am so great ful for the kindness, and attention, and generosity.

This used to be a good pharmacy but in the last 6 months it has gone downhill. Staff turnovers…read more(used to have a fantastic staff) and outsourcing of prescriptions has made this a very slow and frustrating pharmacy. Common drugs such as antibiotics now take almost two days to get filled. And their text messages of whether you'd like a prescription filled or not makes no sense. If the doctor submits a prescription why question if it should be filled or not. May have to look for other avenues for drugs in the future if things continue the way they are.

I've never had a worse customer service experience than I did at this Walmart. Several employees…read morewere dismissive and unprofessional, and what bothered me most was the way they treated certain customers differently. Their behavior came across as prejudiced and discriminatory, which is completely unacceptable anywhere -- especially in a major retail store. Instead of helping or answering questions, the staff seemed more interested in mocking and stereotyping customers. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable, and it was clear that respect and basic courtesy were not a priority here. Walmart needs to address this kind of conduct immediately. Customers deserve to be treated fairly, with professionalism and dignity -- not with bias or hostility. Until changes are made, I won't be returning to this location and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They need to stop hiring kids with the same ugly hair cuts.

I called back and was put on hold for 25 minutes. Yes. I worked on other things while I waited. I hung up and called another department to speak with a Manager. 8 minutes passed before I hung up. So I went to Customer Service, and a young lady came out of an office, no smile, clearly I was interrupting whatever task she was doing. Asked what date. There's nothing here except these dates. She stated at me. No emotion whatsoever. I asked if this was the North Windham Walmart. Yes. Another person asked if it was the right card. I answered yes, it was my work card. A bit confused but I said thank you and left. I was a "Customer Service." I felt as if I was bothering her more than anything. I will not be returning.
