Right as I walked in, there was a nice assortment of fresh spring flowers and plants. I came in for some eyedrops. So I headed towards the pharmacy to ask the pharmacist for a suggestion. He was very kind and offered me a suggestion, he said most of them are the same, but the less expensive ones you'd have to use more frequently. This CVS was very well stocked. There were some brand new items I haven't seen or heard of before. They have self checkout registers and a person working. I purchased two items, my receipt was as long as I had purchased 500 items. This is a change they could make, unnecessarily long receipts.

This was walking in to see 3 to 7 people waiting to be served, it was odd that this suddenly started happening at this store seeing I had used this CVS for 10 plus years, really never ever had any problems there. I also started finding that Prescription refills were becoming late, I mean a week late. Then it became if I had my doctor call in a Prescription, REFILL, well I would have to go into the store to TALK to the Pharmacist asking if they knew when my refill would be ready... The Pharmacist would say we get a delivery in the next couple of days so HOPEFULLY it will come in, now I've been waiting for a week and only have enough of my medication left for two days, then I'm out. Well I'd go in the next day to be told SORRY I don't know when it will come in, so I'd ask is there another CVS that has that Medication in stock, well yes the store in Manchester has it, so now I have to call my doctor and request the Prescription be sent to the CVS at Manchester. Two months later the same issue comes up again, I wait 5 days and nothing, it doesn't come in, I ask were can I get it filled, she says there is nothing in any store within 30 miles of this store, now I was told a few days earlier that the store I normally use they only had 20 pills, so seeing how the Pharmacist said there was nothing at any store within 30 miles, I told the Pharmacist to give me the 20 pills they had because if I ran out I'd have to go to the Hospital ER room for care due to feeling sick due to NOT having my medication. I called before I returned to insure it had been filled only to be told it was "in process" 3 days later! It is a controlled substance and cannot be delivered. When I went to pick it up, the drive thru was closed and they were not answering the phone. Being disabled I cannot walk through the store. I called customer service. The agent emailed them and received no response. He called and they hung up. This pharmacy has a very poor rating and this is representative of the reason. The CVS staff finally brought out RXs but they were the WRONG ones. After 3 days the Rx I needed still had NOT been filled. I was told to return again. They took NO responsibility for their neglectful service. This branch should not be permitted to have a drive through. Pharmacy technician said they were 2 months behind. How does this serve the public? However, you can be sure CVS is not losing revenue.

I found their prices on pet meds better than Costco but not quite as inexpensive as some online Pet Pharmacy web sites. The clerk asked me for my pets birthday and told me "It's very important that you know this when you come in for us to discuss your pets meds with you do to HIPPA". I told her that I didn't know that my pet had HIPPA rights. She sternly said "ALL patients have HIPPA rights". I asked her if my Chihuahua was even allowed in this store. She said no.
