I have been a customer at CVS Store #1166 for many years, and my concerns with this location have…read morespecifically been related to the fulfillment of my 90 day supply prescription. Every three months, my order was either not ready by the time indicated via text or email, or it was out of stock, forcing me to visit another location. This changed once Manager Christine Stengel began overseeing my prescription. Since she stepped in, my orders have been handled accurately and on time. Honestly, if it were not for her exceptional service, I would have transferred my prescription to a competitor. Please acknowledge Christine for the outstanding customer service she provides.

When it comes to drugstores, I typically turn to Walgreens. However, I was in Windsor yesterday and…read moreI stopped by the CVS. Right as I walked in, there was a nice assortment of fresh spring flowers and plants. I came in for some eyedrops. So I headed towards the pharmacy to ask the pharmacist for a suggestion. He was very kind and offered me a suggestion, he said most of them are the same, but the less expensive ones you'd have to use more frequently. This CVS was very well stocked. There were some brand new items I haven't seen or heard of before. They have self checkout registers and a person working. I purchased two items, my receipt was as long as I had purchased 500 items. This is a change they could make, unnecessarily long receipts.

Last year in the fall, September, October time I started finding myself waiting in a line at the…read moreKennedy rd CVS in Windsor CT. This was walking in to see 3 to 7 people waiting to be served, it was odd that this suddenly started happening at this store seeing I had used this CVS for 10 plus years, really never ever had any problems there. I also started finding that Prescription refills were becoming late, I mean a week late. Then it became if I had my doctor call in a Prescription, REFILL, well I would have to go into the store to TALK to the Pharmacist asking if they knew when my refill would be ready... The Pharmacist would say we get a delivery in the next couple of days so HOPEFULLY it will come in, now I've been waiting for a week and only have enough of my medication left for two days, then I'm out. Well I'd go in the next day to be told SORRY I don't know when it will come in, so I'd ask is there another CVS that has that Medication in stock, well yes the store in Manchester has it, so now I have to call my doctor and request the Prescription be sent to the CVS at Manchester. Two months later the same issue comes up again, I wait 5 days and nothing, it doesn't come in, I ask were can I get it filled, she says there is nothing in any store within 30 miles of this store, now I was told a few days earlier that the store I normally use they only had 20 pills, so seeing how the Pharmacist said there was nothing at any store within 30 miles, I told the Pharmacist to give me the 20 pills they had because if I ran out I'd have to go to the Hospital ER room for care due to feeling sick due to NOT having my medication. Once I said give me what you

I called before I returned to insure it had been filled only to be told it was "in process" 3 days later! It is a controlled substance and cannot be delivered. When I went to pick it up, the drive thru was closed and they were not answering the phone. Being disabled I cannot walk through the store. I called customer service. The agent emailed them and received no response. He called and they hung up. This pharmacy has a very poor rating and this is representative of the reason. The CVS staff finally brought out RXs but they were the WRONG ones. After 3 days the Rx I needed still had NOT been filled. I was told to return again. They took NO responsibility for their neglectful service. This branch should not be permitted to have a drive through. Pharmacy technician said they were 2 months behind. How does this serve the public? However, you can be sure CVS is not losing revenue.
