I called before I returned to insure it had been filled only to be told it was "in process" 3 days later! It is a controlled substance and cannot be delivered. When I went to pick it up, the drive thru was closed and they were not answering the phone. Being disabled I cannot walk through the store. I called customer service. The agent emailed them and received no response. He called and they hung up. This pharmacy has a very poor rating and this is representative of the reason. The CVS staff finally brought out RXs but they were the WRONG ones. After 3 days the Rx I needed still had NOT been filled. I was told to return again. They took NO responsibility for their neglectful service. This branch should not be permitted to have a drive through. Pharmacy technician said they were 2 months behind. How does this serve the public? However, you can be sure CVS is not losing revenue.

Then it became if I had my doctor call in a Prescription, REFILL, well I would have to go into the store to TALK to the Pharmacist asking if they knew when my refill would be ready... The Pharmacist would say we get a delivery in the next couple of days so HOPEFULLY it will come in, now I've been waiting for a week and only have enough of my medication left for two days, then I'm out. Well I'd go in the next day to be told SORRY I don't know when it will come in, so I'd ask is there another CVS that has that Medication in stock, well yes the store in Manchester has it, so now I have to call my doctor and request the Prescription be sent to the CVS at Manchester.
