This CVS is the first retailer in this shopping plaza. It is very well stocked. They even have fresh roses by the register. Most of the new releases are already on the shelves, no special displays. I was very surprised to find Pat McGrath Makeup at this CVS. Pat McGrath is a high end brand I typically find at Sephora. Additionally they also have some high end skincare here. I haven't used their pharmacy or their photo department. This is a nice CVS I would be sure to return to in the future.

Occasionally some one in front of me doesn't understand the process or there insurance but that is not the pharmacies fault. I always renew my precriptions using the Walgreens App. On occasion when I get a prescription that is not covered by insurance they are quick to find another way to discount the medication. 99% of my medications are covered with zero out of pocket for me. Keep in mind, there is a packing tape gun sitting on the counter behind her, which I make reference to. And the Asst Manager (bald guy with glasses and a goat-tee) who is sitting at the counter says to "Oh, that's the store tape, we don't use it for customers.' I just bought a $4 shipping bag and you want me to spend another $6 on tape because you won't use a 4 inch piece of tape from the "store tape?" Great customer service. Years ago, I would call their automated system for Rx renewals, then I switched to their automatic renewal plan where they handle the refills, and I get an e-mail when something is restocked. Easy Peasy. Because I live so close to Stop and Shop, and it seems we end up inside the store 3 times a week, its always super convenient for us to do business here. And their hours are pretty darned convenient too- open 8-8 during the week and 9-5 on the weekend.

The staff had no idea there was a lab renting from them. They never grasped the concept that consumers would have to walk ALL THE WAY to the back of the store. They don't have a full grocery section, but you can find flour, oil, seasonings and some other "dry" items. The shelves are all very well stocked. This Walmart is a bit behind on some of the latest releases. Prior to going to the store you may utilize the store locator on their website, to identify which location has your item in stock. Currently, in mid October they have all of the Halloween items out and Christmas too. If that doesn't tell you it's a big Walmart, well it's big. I typically find what I need and go to the register. It's unlikely that I'd find someone looking to be helpful. Overall, not a bad Walmart.

They certainly have a good variety of all kids of basics. I'll go to the Walgreens pharmacy for a prescription if I ever need one. The process of picking up the prescription has always been smooth and painless. I've also used their photo service many times through the years, if you ever want photos printed to be framed, or for a classroom project, they do a great job in a variety of sizes. The photos are usually ready for pickup within the same day. It is very easy to order what you need through their app or on their website. I've also used their drive through to get a covid test. They offer rapid and PCR testing. This is also really nicely organized, as long as you schedule your time slot on their website. This is a good pharmacy that offers some services that are very well organized and efficient. Going on their website or app helps get timely reminders.

There's a mailbox next to the entrance if you have mail. I went after the pharmacy closed, and it was dead. Yet the cashier gave his hello as soon as I walked in, asked if I needed help.... I'm not sure there was anyone else working. But they have self check out so who needs extra humans? The store is fairly large, and pretty clean. It was a standard store though, with everything you need or want from a CVS. No comments on the pharmacy because I had no interactions with them.

So Pay for your Rx online and they'll overnight ship it to you. Problem solved. So many advantages to working with a local Pharmacy! Next time you're at CVS, pull up to their drive thru window only to find out it's broken and go inside. Then wait in their germ-infested line wrapped around two aisles only to get to the counter 25 min later and find out CVS: (a) only filled one of your two Rx's despite their App saying it's ready, (b) charge you out of pocket cost bc they never answered your insurance company's calls, or (c) CVS never filled your life-saving cancer med bc they just well forgot. Pharmacy Review: My…read moredoctor sent a prescription for me to this CVS. On the website, it said that they didn't have it in stock and it was ordered; it would take about 2 business days. Ten days later there was still no updates. I called the pharmacy but was never able to reach a person. There was a voicemail option that mentioned that they would call me back in a hour. I've called twice in two days, I've heard nothing, crickets. I decided to transfer the prescription to a different CVS, and the same thing happened. I asked my doctor for an alternative medication since this one was out of stock at both CVS locations for about two weeks now. The new prescription was sent, they had it in stock, and I was able to pick it up the same day. Luckily this wasn't a life saving medicine or I'd be out of luck. 1 star for the initial experience but I bumped it to 2.5 stars since they were able to fill the alternative prescription the same day. They need to revamp their customer service system. I used to work in customer service, this baffles me. I would never leave a customer hanging; I always find a resolution for them.
