Pharmacy Review: My doctor sent a prescription for me to this CVS. On the website, it said that they didn't have it in stock and it was ordered; it would take about 2 business days. Ten days later there was still no updates. I called the pharmacy but was never able to reach a person. There was a voicemail option that mentioned that they would call me back in a hour. I've called twice in two days, I've heard nothing, crickets. I decided to transfer the prescription to a different CVS, and the same thing happened. I asked my doctor for an alternative medication since this one was out of stock at both CVS locations for about two weeks now. The new prescription was sent, they had it in stock, and I was able to pick it up the same day. Luckily this wasn't a life saving medicine or I'd be out of luck. 1 star for the initial experience but I bumped it to 2.5 stars since they were able to fill the alternative prescription the same day. They need to revamp their customer service system. I used to work in customer service, this baffles me. I would never leave a customer hanging; I always find a resolution for them. read more

Not sure what the problem is with this place but every time I go to pick up a prescription I have to wait even when there's no one there and there's employees working but not one of them look over to me as I stand there waiting for Service including the drive-through gentlemen I can't understand it. App says rx will be ready at 4pm. Husband gets in drive thru- third in line. When it's his turn, they just close the blinds on him. He thinks it's an emergency or fluke, so he waits a few minutes. There are six cars behind him. Eventually he realizes they aren't going to open the drive through again. He goes inside and the line is 10 + people, with one person working the counter. It's so wrong to just shut down one line and expect you to go to the end of another line. He leaves. The next day I go. It's not ready but the nice, young tech says she can do it in 15 minutes. I sit down by the vaccine area to wait. While waiting a man comes in for a flu vaccine. The pharmacist then spews her belief that Covid vaccines are dangerous and she didn't get them for any of her family. She goes on to say that her entire family has had Covid the last four Christmases. (Ya think?). She is entitled to her opinion, and even sharing her opinion, however, It is SO unprofessional for a pharmacist to be stating this while in her role as a pharmacist at work. I know she was the head pharmacist because when the tech called me up to pay for my order she said "oh, hold on a minute, the pharmacist needs to approve this first". The same woman that vocalized her disdain for Covid vaccines, walked around the counter and approved my Rx. After paying I took this opportunity to politely ask "what are the drive thru hours?" Young tech responds 8-8, but closed for lunch. I asked why the window was closed at 4 pm yesterday when there where seven cars in mine. I explained this happened while my husband had waited outside in line for 20 minutes. I ask how could they just shut it down with no explanation? Pharmacist says- "sometimes we get slammed and we have to close it." I respond "wouldn't it be great if you could take a cone out there with a sign to say the line is closed after the last car?" She responded with an eye roll "yeah- if we had a cone." I'm tempted to buy them a $5 cone and deliver it personally. But the attitude of this pharmacist is the problem there. This needs to roll up to the district manager- she needs to go. read more

It's unacceptable that the pharmacy requires customer to touch a filthy terminal to sign for prescriptions and/or pay but doesn't have hand sanitizer available to use after touching it when nearly everyone touching it is sick or caring for someone who is. THEN when I told a front of store employee about it and asked for some to use she wanted to SELL me hand sanitizer and when I balked at that she suggested (with snotty attitude) I call 1-800-CVS to complain. Each location has its problems with lack of employees at the pharmacy. This place is the worst. Their "automated" system that promises a call back either doesn't work or they just ignore it. Consistently leave 3-4 messages each time and no call backs. They should consider merging with another location and combine pharmacy staff or figure out a solution to their lack of service. read more

This store has gone down hill fast. It used to have the most wonderful ladies working at the cash register. They were always so helpful and friendly, everyone looked forward to shopping here. Now they want you to self check out on machines that never work properly. It's not as clean as it used to be as well. The male manager was awful today when I asked if someone could check me out. There was already a line backed up at it and it wasn't working as usual. I should have just put my items down and walked out- it would have been less aggravating. The guy explained to me that it's easier to shop on line and how I could save money by doing so . He also said that they were going to do all self check outs...he acknowledged that the self checkout machines never work properly but that they were getting new ones in eventually. EVENTUALLY The whole time he had the most insincere fake smile on his face while spitting out facts on how self checkout counters save companies so much money and the don't have to deal with staffing shortages . I can not begin to imagine older folks trying to use these machines . So much for customer service- this used to be such a great store that I loved shopping at - now it's just a tired, unclean store with really poor customer service and even worst management. read more

The couple times I've gone here the staff and management unfriendly and have " the hate my job " attitudes. Poor customer service. You could do better! read more

I went to CVS as a quick trip to grab a birthday card and gift card for my son's 16th birthday. He asked for a "steam" gift card to purchase video games. The gift card display was well organized and had a full section of steam cards for $20 or $50. I picked one for $50 and since there was a line at the register, used self checkout. Everything was going well, I clicked "continue" to acknowledge the sale of the gift card etc. Paid, and then the light flashed to wait for assistance. The line at the register had died down now except for one woman who was finishing her purchase. She continued to stay and have a conversation with the cashier about baby formula while I waited. Finally I was acknowledged and told that the gift card failed to activate. An employee tried with a different card but was unable to activate that one either. Eventually I was told they must have met their "limit" on those gift cards for the day (it was noon on a Sunday) and weren't allowed to sell anymore. I was only trying to purchase one gift card so it was a store limit, not a customer limit, which makes absolutely no sense. My credit card was refunded, although the refund is still "pending". read more

I should say there is nothing about this CVS inside that makes it any better or worse than any other CVS. The employees are not objectionable, lines ebb and flow depending on how many people decide at once they need to check out, and the stock is standard. Getting on and off of 202 can be a little painful, especially since there are so many lights, when you get out you tend to just turn into a long line of traffic. If I were a city planner, designer, or someone familiar with driving and the obnoxiousness of constantly stopping and starting due to lights, this is not where I'd put a CVS, or anything. read more

Drive thru is horrible. Sit a wait forever as people walk by the window like you're not even there. Then when somebody finally acknowledges you the prescription that was supposed to be done an hour ago still isn't ready so you have to do it all over again read more

Ppl are nice but omg i ALWAYS wait a ridiculously long time when im go. Theres a long line and only one poor person at the register.... and at the pharmacy. Im a v patient person but this cvs kiiiiinda sucks read more

Unhappy employees who don't like their employer and they aren't shy about it but the worst part is they take that out on the customers.so you go there and leave wondering if you should be upset because of their customer service or feel sympathetic because of how negative they feel towards their job and employer! read more

Staff is always very friendly, polite. But the outside of the building is an embarrassment. The groundskeeper needs to pull some weeds! Or look elsewhere for a new one. read more
