He is ALWAYS on the phone and you can be standing at the counter waiting to pay and he just doesn't seem to care. He's always busy doing something else and doesn't even acknowledge you. It would be nice to at least say "be with you in a moment" or "sorry about the wait", but no. Just another example of how the simplest common courtesy is overlooked or showing no care of how to conduct your business with a little customer service. I stopped in for my last visit this past week. There was a woman ahead of me trying to buy gas and she wanted to pay half cash and half credit. The clerk said "oh yeah, you can swipe the card at the pump" and then turned his back and was on the phone again. She had her cash out and asked if she could pay the cash portion now and credit outside but the guy wasn't even paying attention, and continued his conversation with what sounded like was a vendor. So I got the guys attention and said this lady wants to pay for her gas with cash, then he finally turned around and took her money. I put my red bull down and walked out. Never going back. Try Glastonbury Global down the road instead. At least they have some appreciation for their customers.

The italiano was good I just wasn't crazy about the bread and I'd add spicy brown mustard and extra cheese next time. The turkey ham bacon grinder was good just needed pickles (which I added at home) and the chicken bacon wrap was perfect. Service was a young lady who was very nice in store. Also! It was tender, juicy, flavorful grilled chicken on fresh bread with some absolutely kicking honey mustard. I will 100% go back to this place because The sandwich was near perfection. That being said, the service was seriously subpar. By that I mean, both slow and particularly unwelcoming. In addition, I feel the need to mention that we chose to stay there to eat, and both the tables and the salt and pepper shakers were absolutely filthy. So, despite the fact that it wasn't a perfect experience... their menu is really extensive and the food is delicious, so I'm sure we'll visit again sometime!
