Latest example is when I called yesterday morning about a refill. The woman I spoke to said it would be ready that night. Just went in over 24 hours later, and it's still not ready. They just "didn't get to it." Hopefully I'll be able to get it tonight. At least this isn't as bad as when they didn't fill an acute medication that needed to be started ASAP for over 8 hours (requiring 3 visits). Staff is always friendly and helpful, especially when I've had trouble locating items (like Pedialyte for some reason). Their location to the Route 3 bridge makes them an ideal stop off for picking up small items before heading our of town.

The people are nice most of the time. Their automated phone system is a disaster. First, the intersection to get to this Walgreens is just awful, I know it's not the store's fault. But traffic is awful here if it's around after work hours. I pulled to the drive through and made it to the window just a few minutes before my scheduled time. I told the pharmacist I came for my scheduled covid test. Well guess what? He just walked away from the window. Not ok. I figured he just went to get my test. Well I waited and waited at the window without anyone saying anything to me about why I'm waiting. I waited for 20 long minutes. I'm sorry to all the cars behind me. Finally he came back with my test, I got no explanation or an apology for waiting this long at the window. Maybe the pharmacist is new, and doesn't know how to do things, maybe they're just not organized, I'm not sure what the problem is, but this is unacceptable. I will not go to this location again, there are plenty of Walgreens that know how to do their job and communicate with customers.
