Many of the stores are shut down in this shopping center, but Sephora is still standing. Here you'll find most of the upscale skin care and makeup, as well as men's and women's fragrances. Since it's a smaller store, they may not carry all the items that a larger store carries. However, they will order that item for you or provide you with a sample of something similar. I went here with my friend over the weekend, and one of the sales associates Rebecca, was very helpful in finding her color matches for all the items she wanted. Currently during the rise of Covid cases they are restricting the number of guests inside the store. There might be a short wait to get inside. I enjoy coming here for specific skin care items. The sales associates are friendly and helpful, and most of the time I find what I'm looking for.

One product is out, and I ask an associate if they have more in stock. She barely stops and says no before walking away. I ask another associate, who at least tried to call someone to look in the back, but the person she called was the same person who didn't want to look for me. I try to find another product. Same deal. I ask an associate, and she doesn't want to look in the back, saying that maybe someone stole it, and that's why it is saying it is in stock. Very disappointing, and Sephora has lost money and potentially a Rouge customer. FYI, messiest Sephora I have ever been in.

She was amazing helping me find matches to make up I once liked but had problems with. She took her tome with me and tested all different things (with very high understanding of the Covid problems being extra careful with sanitation and disinfection) which I know must be making everyone's job in make up stores that much harder. She put me on to new brands I haven't thought before to try. And again just took her time and didn't seem annoyed by my many many questions! She's is very taleneted at what she does and is extremely knowledgeable about all the products!!! I hope management appreciates having a worker like her.
