She clearly saw what an inconvenience it was to me, as there was a lot I was carrying in my hands and she effectively told a customer to inconvenience themselves, go down 2 flights of stairs, and come back up again, and pretend nothing transpired in an attempt to have a good experience. We were a group of 6. Forces guests into false marketing initiatives. We clearly did not want our pictures taken but pushed for social media engagement. Rushes people. Lack of inventory and not as advertised. When we went, extremely limited options on packaging, scents, stickers, etc. There were absolutely no charms available to us, while seeming readily available and accessible on social media. Extremely disappointing and disheartening, as we all paid full price. There is an all-around vibe of discomfort and lack of awareness on how a customer should be treated. Inserts herself into private conversations. You're better off going to another place for a far better experience. The response here is dismissive and abysmal to be honest. The demand "to further engage" is highly unprofessional and inappropriate and reinforces again why my friends and I feel uncomfortable in this atmosphere and will never be back. No one "owes" that to a business owner who should know better.

Of course the men's section is much smaller in comparison to everything else. There's jewelry here, like Kendra Scott. They have all kinds of decor for your home. Typically I stick to the outlet stores, but I had a Buy 2 Get 2 free coupon, so I figured for 12.50 each it was worth it (outlet sells the older scents only but at 15). This was a coupon I had emailed to me, but was only good for a couple of days, and I didn't wing up making it in time. The coupon had expired on Sunday and that Friday just in case I figured I would try and calling them and asking them. They said normally for about a week they will take the expired coupons. I decided since I needed a bunch of gifts this was perfect so I stocked up, I bought 12 large jar candles and 4 small jars. Enter Sharon Elizabeth's: it has a user friendly site and it was easy to find a beautiful bouquet that fit my budget. There was a large selection and they delivered to the location I needed. The best part was that the bouquet was so beautiful - and exactly what I was looking for! I've attached a picture that the receiver got. They absolutely loved it too! What I especially loved is that I gave instructions to knock and hand the flowers over personally if they could. I got a phone call from the delivery staff asking if it was okay that they left it by the door since the receivers did not answer. I did end up missing the voicemail and didn't get to respond, but it was so thoughtful of them. I've never had a flower delivery company check in with me like that. I know it's nerve wracking ordering flowers online especially if you live out of state, but I would highly recommend this company. I went into Bob's in Manchester yesterday with the intent of purchasing furniture for our new…read moreliving room. All was typical for most of my time browsing, sales rep says hello and introduces themselves and lets us know when we need assistance, all fine. When it came time to purchase and I had made my decision of which furniture to buy ($300 recliner, loveseat, and a chaise), I realized there was not a package deal for the loveseat and chaise in that particular style, only for the sofa and chaise ($999). If I were to purchase a la carte for the loveseat and chaise, they would have been $499 each ($998 total). I asked the sales representative, George if there was anything that could be done to create a package for the loveseat and chaise where I would not be paying the same price as the sofa (it didn't make much sense to me to pay the same price for approx 26in less couch). George and another associate said they probably wouldn't be able to get a package deal for it and all was as is, which is fine, I've worked in sales I know how it goes. They called manager Matteo over to see if something could be worked out. I want to first say, George and the other associate were great, friendly, and helpful and this review is not about them. Matteo, however, was the epitome of a sleezeball salesman in my opinion. While he confirmed there was not a way to create a new package, he gave me some ridiculous excuse for the price stating I was paying for craftsmanship and not material so the difference in size of the couch was a moot point. I disagreed and stated that I was going to shop around and see what else was available in the area. After saying this, Matteo proceeded to make the comment that I would come back to Bob's nonetheless because they have the best prices in the area. This struck me as very arrogant and condescending, and thus I DID take my business elsewhere and made a large purchase at a competitor. While there was nothing wrong with the product, I do not want to give my business to a business that speaks to their customers in such a way.
