Your supportive customer service was very much appreciated. Thank you for going well above just processing an order. The design & flowers were perfect, and adding the special touches ( shells) I had requested made it extra special. We wanted it to represent our love for a special friend who had passed. Not only did y'all create a beautiful arrangement but your customer service was excellent. Thank you again from a pleased customer from Virginia. DW Edwards read more

We are very grateful to have worked with Broad Brook Gardens! Bob was responsive and punctual in meetings before the wedding. He helped us craft arrangements that were well aligned with our color scheme, and also within our budget. The table settings, bouquets, cake, and other decorations were all top-notch. Jasmine (the bride) especially liked her bouquet; the bouquet made her feel extra beautiful and put together. Bob needed minimal guidance the day of the event, which was very helpful and crucial as we sorted out other logistics. Overall, the Broad Brook Florist team is everything we could hope for in a florist vendor! Thanks so much Broad Brook Gardens! ~Jasmine & David read more

Nice lil shop with folks that seem interested and well versed in what is going on. The quality of the flower product here is very good and I really enjoyed what I found. April 10 my sister send flowers to me and my Mom and sister for Easter, when we sent each other pictures of our arrangements I was shocked to see how small my arrangement was compared to theirs. I called my sister to see if the price was the same for all, she said yes. I then contacted Broad Brook gardens and asked them why there was such a difference in the size of the arraignment, he said that I had 4 roses and bla bla bla never really giving a reason that my flowers where only about 1/2 the height and size of my mom and sister. I will let the pictures tell the story read more

My brother-in-law was going home from the hospital and I wanted to send flowers. I always buy local so I found Broad Brook Gardens online. I tried to order but I could not get a delivery date so I called. Bob was great. Because of the Covid19 closures things kept changing and he did not have a large stock of flowers. I told him the arrangement I would like and he said he would get it as close as possible. They were beautiful and lasted a long time. Bob also explained the precautions they take when delivering. I highly recommend using this florist! read more

I just wanted to say how disappointed I was in the delivery of flowers last week. I order flowers every Valentine's Day for my mom. I placed the order with Teleflora.com for Wednesday 2/14, but after finding out she wouldn't be home all day, I contacted Teleflora to change the delivery day to Thursday 2/15 to which two representatives confirmed the information was passed along and the date of delivery would be changed. Well it wasn't. The flowers were delivered on Wednesday 2/14 and what's worse than them sitting out all day was that there wasn't even anything over the flowers to protect it from the cold. The flowers could have been stolen or severely wilted due to the cold. To me, that is careless. It shows they do not care about the quality of flowers they deliver to their customers. I will be sure to never order from your company again. read more

I highly recommend Bob. He does really beautiful work and is a very genuine guy. He will help guide you in your floral decisions and be honest about what he thinks will work and look the best. The flowers I have gotten from him are always fresh and last! Check him out if you can. read more

The first experience I had with Broad Brook Gardens was for my Mother. They were professional and I think priced appropriately. They did beautiful work. My Sister is a Florist Manager and floral design artist. She was pleased. I recently ordered an arrangement, yesterday to be exact as a Sympathy flower arrangement with the dragon fly. I like calling instead of doing online so we can talk what is available or not and colors. They delivered the perfect arrangement just as I wanted. Pleased. Yes!!! read more

They were very helpful. I walked in without any idea what I wanted, I just wanted to add color to a room. I left with a very affordable and gorgeous bouquet. It took all of 5 minutes was prettier and much less expensive than I expected. read more

Broad Brook Gardens helped make my wedding day absolutely perfect! I knew I wanted antique blue hydrangeas in my bouquets and centerpieces, but i wasn't quite sure which other flowers should be used that would fit my theme and budget. Bob had some great ideas and truly delivered some exceptional displays that left my guests and I stunned. More so, I was impressed with their customer service!
