I used yelp to help me find a florist in Manchester so i could send my girlfriend flowers for valentines day - i (and she) could not be more pleased with the Roses. They were beautifully manicured and extremely high quality. If i ever need roses again Brown's in Manchester will most definitely be my first option. Total disappointment when I received a phone call that the delivery wasn't going to happen. My wife was seriously disappointed and myself angered and I knew better to order on line. I can't help to think that when someone passed away flowers are delivered almost immediately. If it can happen for that the. What was the difference here. Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience. I walked in and the woman working there was having a personal conversation with another male customer.. i felt ignored and as if I was a bother. i said hello and good afternoon twice and was completely ignored. I walked around for 10 -15 min to observe the flower arrangements in hopes to be greeted, still ignored. I requested help, woman was too busy discussing the year 1961 with the male customer. I needed a bouquet to congratulate someone, I called in the morning and ordered one, basically leaving it to their discretion what flowers to include, I just gave them a price range. I came this evening to pick it up and the arrangement is beautiful, they gave me a box to put it in and just did a great job. I would definitely use them again. I saw that you can place an order online as well if you want a delivery. I thought the price was very reasonable. I did have some trouble finding it because google maps sends you to the wrong side of main street, this place isn't far from north main street and is close to the 8th district fire house and across the street from St. Bridget's Church (not directly across). read more
