I ordered a $110 sympathy arrangement (stock photo attached). In my experience, Sympathy arrangements are white - with all major flowers being white. I called today to share feedback on the order that was received ( photo attached) and spoke with the owner. Rather than listen to the feedback and calmly explain his challenges with "supply chain." He chose to respond with, "most people aren't so PICKY to want every FRICKIN' flower to look exact, feeling ENTITLED, like you're ordering at McDonald's..." I was not treated with respect and will share my experience so others will not be subjected to the same. read more

I called the Flower Box to help arrange the flowers for her funeral. They were incredibly helpful and knew exactly what would work best at the church. I had a budget in mind and they assured me they could do something perfect for much less, that would better suit the church. I was *very* specific about wanting a bright cottage garden arrangement with no lilies unless they could find lily of the valley- all of moms favorite flowers- and they did. It was perfection. Mom would have loved these. Thank you for making what's usually a difficult and painful process so comfortable and reassuring, and for saving me a lot of money, when you could have easily upsold me to spend a lot more. I was looking for a special arrangement for a relative this Christmas. I had send an email correspondence to request photos of real examples of their arrangements (like the photos on Yelp), and asked if they could send a real photo if I did order something from them. I understood there are example photos on the website for viewing but these were too staged. I've had experiences in the past where arrangements look nothing like the quality and beauty of the staged photo examples. Their response was not helpful, did not address my concerns, and gave me the feeling that they did not care for my business. Their response was to "PLEASE FEEL FREE TO LOOK AT ITEMS ON OUR WEBSITE..." and when I replied asking if they could at least send a photo of the actual arrangement I might have ordered" they didn't respond back. Rightly so, I will spend my $80 and take any future business to another florist! read more

I cannot say enough about this wonderful gem! Stopped in a on the day of my parent's 59th anniversary for a bouquet to have made from my dad to my mom to be delivered that day. When I explained that my dad was in a hospital in Boston, and couldn't be home for Mom's birthday & their anniversary. they created a beautiful arrangement for her. I did show him a picture of the arrangement, and his eyes lit up, and gave me an "Pretty flowers !". He was so happy that we didn't forget to have flowers for Mom and their anniversary. Sadly, my Dad passed away 8 days later, and once again, I called The Flower Box to create an arrangement for Dad's funeral service, and the arrangement was beautiful. Wanted to send a sympathy plant to a funeral home. I called the Flower box based on a recomendation and was answered by a very friendly and pleasant speaking person. He help me to decide what type of plant to choose and assured me I would not be disappointed by the plant choice ("very hardy looking") and its presentation. OMG! The next night I attended the wake and there stood the most beautiful plant with added accents of cattails and carnations. I would strongly recomment using the Flower box for any occasion. The Flower Box just did my daughter's wedding. I really did not know much about them, they had been recommended to her by a friend. She met with them a few times before her wedding and I went one time just to see her choice of flowers right before the wedding. They were so helpful, suggesting different flowers in her colors and also sharing the cost of different flowers to really help her with her budget. They were friendly, professional, and so excited about what they were arranging for her. The flowers that day were absolutely beautiful, the centerpieces and bouquets were bigger and more beautiful then we expected, we were thrilled with their work and had so many compliments all day! Our guests were all so happy when we offered them the centerpieces at the end of the night. Mine lasted for many days to enjoy after.
