Lesson learned. Today I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a graduation. I cannot express how disappointed I was with my order. Not only did the clerk not ask me if I liked the flowers I had to ask her to remove some of the dead flowers! I ask for a spring arrangement my only request was a crimson color ribbon and was told they didn't have that color ribbon. This is what I received . Not sure if my expectations are too high but a $40 bouquet should at least have a few nice flowers. read more

This place was an amazing choice for my fall wedding. The flowers were one of my favorite parts of the whole day. My dad is from Chicopee and McClelland's is his first choice for a florist. My sister also used them for her wedding 5 years ago. So I knew I'd be in good hands. My husband and I met with the owner and discussed our tastes and showed him pictures we liked. He seemed to understand exactly what I wanted and he was genuinely excited to talk about all the exotic flowers he could use. I didn't see any sample bouquets of what he would do but I just trusted his expertise. He stuck with my budget and gave me amazing centerpieces, bouquets and boutonnieres with copper wires tied around them. When I finally saw all the work they did, on my big day, I was stunned. Everyone kept saying how beautiful the arrangements were and people still talk about them today. I purchased a memory lamp on Friday and all weekend I worried that it wasn't subtle enough for the recipient. I sent Dennis an email this morning stating my concern. Dennis responded immediately to my email and offered to meet me at his florist shop this morning, yes on a Sunday morning of Labor Day Weekend! He happily accepted the return and helped me choose a lamp that was more suitable. I can't say enough good things about Dennis and his florist shop, a class act all the way! Very professional and considering work!! I strongly recommend to use this company for everyone who wants to send flowers. I ordered a flower basket for my BF's mom's anniversary on Saturday. The anniversary was sunday. I wanted to deliver it on time but their website mentioned that they don't deliver on sunday. So l put a message 'belated' on the card. The following morning, they called me and said that they could deliver it on Sunday if l didn't want the flowers to be late. How considering they are!! Spent a lot of time looking and choosing my arrangement for a family that just lost a loved one. "Best Seller" plant caught my eye and the description was beautiful. Ordered, delivered....received a photo from the family saying thank you. WOW was I surprised, the plant was nothing like the picture or descritption, very disappointed, certainly not worth the $60 spent. Looked more like what you can get at a grocery store. I e-mailed them, of course no reply. I certainly understand their policy of not always having the correct plants, but this was missing several of what they mentioned and was small looking. They even added a wide bow at the bottom of the plant area to make it look full, the bow wasnot part of the advertised arrangement and was a filler, and tacky. read more

Nevin did an amazing job on the flowers for our wedding! The bouquets looked exactly as I had pictured, and he also provided a beautiful greenery garland to decorate our arch--everything was exactly as described. He was very knowledgeable about what kinds of flowers would work best, where they all came from, how best to store and handle them, just really knew his stuff! He was also very communicative leading up to the wedding--he checked in with me a few days before just as he said he would, and he even sent me a picture of the bouquet as soon as he made it just before I picked it up. The pricing was more than reasonable, much less than the other quotes I was given yet I didn't feel like I compromised at all on quality. I would highly recommend All Occasion (I believe under new ownership now, McClelland's) for any wedding! read more

This is a beautiful florist. The store is easy to get to, easy to park and full of great gifts. They have statues, Rememberance lamps, jewelery and other things for gifting. The ladies are always helpful and during off season, they have great Dozen Roses specials. Good stuff! read more

I saw this place at a local bridal expo in the floral arrangements were great. I made a consultation and everything was going OK. So they could work with my price points and seems reasonable. Showed him some pictures to work with.Towards the end I asked the guy if I would be able to see any of the flowers or the colors that he was putting in the bouquets and the guy literally got to switch. He got very angry got up and paste and yelled and said that no I would find out what I was getting on the day of the wedding and that you're not show me any pictures or even give me names of different kinds of flowers that were going to be in the bouquets are in the arrangements. Said that no one in the business would ever do anything like that and I was crazy to think that. Very poor customer service would not go here for anything. Would rather pay more money and be treated like an actual human being. Zero stars read more

I initially reached out via wedding wire message upon which it took them quite a few days to respond. I was very specific in what I was looking for in a bouquet and simply asked for an estimated cost to see if they were within my budget. When I got a response I was asked to call. Once I called I had to repeated the same request for an estimate. After waiting for the employee to check for me I was told that I would have to come in person. I asked if there was any way to get even just a price range and was told no. As I was explaining that I just wanted to make sure they were within my budget before taking up their time as well as mine, mid-sentence, I heard "bye" and was hung up on. read more

I made a order through Teleflora Feb 10th 2018 for Feb 13th 2018. I had picked out 2 flower arraignments for my wife. Now i know sometimes they will look slightly different, but they are suppose to have the same amount of flowers and look similar. The door bell rang and the delivery guy only has 1 arraignment in his hands, I ask where is the other, he stated he didn't know, he needed to see if there was another at the place of business. This was the first red flag. while I was waiting I started looking at the first arraignment and i notice flowers missing from the arrangements like a good 4 or 5. About a hour to hour 1/2 the second one shows up and looks nothing like the one in the picture and is smaller. this one is missing 4 bamboo stalks and a few orchids that were suppose to climb up the bamboo. This was the main feature of the arraignment. I told the driver this is not what i ordered. He made a call to someone and the person said he did his best and hung up. I was in awe. So i go inside and call and stated my issues, a young lady tells me to hold on and hands me to the owner. Let me start by saying I have no clue how this guy has been in business. Extremely rude, tells me how he has been in business so many years and next time i shouldn't use Teleflora I should just go directly to him because they do not know what he has in stock. Tells me i am lucky i got the arraignment that i got because he used a different flower. Told me he was to busy and had 4 funerals to deal with. His rant was disgusting. As a customer and a person who has also been in the retail business before. 1st rule is listen to the customer. 2nd is acknowledge what you did wrong and be humble about it not defensive. 3 Not everyone is made to do customer service aspect of the company, if your rude and standoffish allow someone the power and who has a better temperament to deal with this aspect of your business. If your in the area please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else as this owner gives you what he wants and if you do not like it he basically says it your problem not his. If you use any service like teleflora and any other online or phone floral service to order, state to them you do not want this company to make or deliver your flowers. It will save you time and headaches. read more

I went here after the first florist I tried to order flowers from told me they couldn't give me prices for flowers they had in their shop. I went in with no appointment, while they were in the middle of trying to deliver flowers for a wedding and was greeted with smiles. The people were so polite and patient even looking online to try and show me what some flowers I hadn't thought of looked like. I'll update this once I pick up the flowers in a month. But if they're half as good as their customer service I know I won't be disappointed. Also, the prices were great. read more

My husband received a fruit basket yesterday from your shop to wish him a speedy recovery. I must say it was fabulous! The freshest collection of fruit I've seen, all at various stages of ripeness so we can enjoy it over a long time. A regal pineapple stood in the center along with mangos, kiwi and the sweetest grapes ever. It's not often that you see such a variety of fruit among the usual apples and oranges.
