I paid at the pump using Apple Pay and got a receipt without going inside so I didn't interact with any of the staff, this place is definitely popular with the locals it seem the gas prices are competitive and I'm sure really very competitive if you're a rewards member. Getting out of the parking lot and merging into traffic was a little challenging being it was about 6:00 PM even if you exit on the side street to use the traffic signal. He refused. I finally got the app loaded in my truck, but it was not clear how to use it. I went back in the store and the other attendant helped me out. What a difference. one wanted to help and the assistant manager, Hector, didn't. That's how you lose customers.

On top of that, the cashier told me their AC wasn't working all summer. That is awful! For such a busy gas station the owner needs to step up and take care of his/her employees better!! I'm giving 4 stars because of the EMPLOYEES. They keep the place is clean, the outside trash is always taken care of (not over flowing or dirty), windshield cleaner is always filled for use, and inside is always swept up, floors are never filthy. When we went, the drive through was not ready yet but it looks like there will be one. There are restrooms and plenty of snacks and drinks to choose from. They also serve coffee, breakfast, grinders, and ice cream.

They've just been open for two weeks and offered a rock-bottom gas price of just $2.89 a gallon. Oh, and by the way, they have an incredibly sweet number of 16 gas pumps. It was one of my cheapest fill ups in quite a while. After I gassed up, I went inside to check out the store and buy a lottery ticket. Well, they've been open for such a short time they're not quite ready to start pumping out those tickets yet. Their spacious convenience store was neat as a pin and stocked to overflowing, and I saw a Dunkin' counter way off to the left. The young lady at the convenience store register was personable and very friendly when I chatted with her about the place. Noble's website says they are "a Connecticut-based business bringing high-end automobile re-fueling centers to New England". There's a few of them around Hartford and spread across the state. Some have carwashes and EV charging stations, but I think it's too early to see what the Day Hill location will end up with. I saw that Noble is also building a Truck Service and Diesel center pretty much next door at 1966 Day Hill Road. They are a very welcome addition to Day Hill Road and all of its office buildings and commuters.

It consists of 3 islands with 2 pumps each, for a total of 12 concurrent cars filling up at the same time. It had all the modern amenities (i.e. the one tap using citi costco card to validate membership and providing payment giving back 5%). There isn't much of a waiting area, so can imagine a bit of chaos if it ever got busy, but it wasn't that at all during mid-afternoon on a Friday. There was no wait to find a spot, and cars were in sync so no reason for people to have to pass each other. Very quick in-and-out...almost like a 'normal' gas station, but with lower prices.

I really went in for a water, but I came out with the Bang Energy drink. Most items are more expensive than at a regular grocery store, but it is pretty convenient to pop in here! The Cumberland Farms gas station is also a decent place to get your car filled up. Just like the inside of the store, it is spacious, without being in anyone's way. As expected this isn't the best price for your gas fill. Cumberland Farms will do when you are in a rush.
