It doesn't mean it'll stay that way, but I sure hope it does. The gas station is very clean, inside is a Dunkin Donuts and a typical connivance store. I didn't go inside, so I can't comment on the cost or on the selection. I was just happy to find gas at $3.29, and it's not a membership price.

At this location (and I'm not on this strip of East Hartford much) it seems like many of the pumps only accept cash or others will only take debit/credit cards. He refused. I finally got the app loaded in my truck, but it was not clear how to use it. I went back in the store and the other attendant helped me out. What a difference. one wanted to help and the assistant manager, Hector, didn't. That's how you lose customers.

They keep the place is clean, the outside trash is always taken care of (not over flowing or dirty), windshield cleaner is always filled for use, and inside is always swept up, floors are never filthy. Every time I've been there, I've been in and out under a half hour and it almost didn't matter how busy it was I went there Friday, July 10 just after work around 4:30 when I pulled up there was two cars ahead of me. You can't really call yourself in economy oil change place when it takes almost 40 minutes before you call me up to the counter to collect the bill and you're not even done with the oil change yet. But that's not my biggest complaint My biggest complaint is, I could hear them talking about how they're having trouble with my car hood from the lobby and full disclosure. I've never had any trouble with my car ever in my life. This is not a situation where I knew that thing was messed up and blah blah blah. Negative Never had a problem with my car hood So then one of the workers there calls me up and charges me for the oil change and then immediately casually mentions that they're having a little trouble closing my hood, but should just be a couple minutes. As soon as I sit down, he calls me back up like immediately And says hey, come here let me show you. I'm not sure why he had me go sit down or tell me that something should only take a minute when he didn't have an idea of how long something would possibly take but that's another story I guess So I go back to where they're doing the work on the and I stand next to the at what they're talking about and they say they can't get the hood closed, but they're willing to take apart the to rectify the problem, but it's gonna take a couple hours Well, I didn't have a couple hours to wait so I told them that I'm all just gonna have to drive off and then they said well you can't drive like this due to the fact that the hood will pop open. I was a little discussing that they didn't tell me any of this until immediately after they charged me. I was super annoyed full disclosure. I'm not the best at controlling my anger so I just called my brother who and if this a big fix and if I can just drive it away. He told me not to worry about it and that there's a secondary catch and that the hood won't pop over and I can drive it away and he'll take care of it. Funny these guys didn't even know that Whatever I guess I'm just pissed that after they immediately charged me they brought up the issue. I felt like I shouldn't have been charged for the oil change considering my hood was completely fine driving in there. Don't mistake that Costco Gasoline operates all hours of the day. They open at 6a every day and…read morecloses at 10p on the weekdays, 8:30p on Saturday and 7:30p on Sunday. I find that the best time to go is in the morning since there are lesser lines. It's extremely convenient that the hoses are longer so that you can pump at any side no matter where your gas tank opens. Also, cheapest gas in the area by far! Better deals than other places too with membership. Can't get better than that!

Why is all the space of that empty AM parking lot so inviting? Alas, diesel drivers, there is only gasoline here, but there are plenty lanes for gas drivers. The friendly enough attendants are near if you need them, but this is mostly a self-serve spot. Don't forget your membership card, and some membership cards do have extra perks if you fuel on your Costco card. Clean lanes, lots of gas, and being not so far off 9 and 84 make this a convenient spot, if not a bust spot on the weekends or after work hours. There aren't cold drinks or lotto tickets, but no prob.

He kept pumping it until it was $1.39 he then said I had to repay the $40 that I had originally prepaid ultimately charging me $80! I really didn't have that much to pay because I have to pay rent and the clerk said there was nothing he could do, that's the only way he could reset the pump. I should of just paid at the pump and had my bank hold $100 dollars and ran the risk of being scammed. They offered no solution to anything, they didn't even know how to operate their own equipment and I had to pay for it! I would never go to this trash bucket gas station ever again in my life!
