The latter charge is illegal in the state of CT (ct.gov). I didn't realize I was charged this extra non cash fee til home. Disappointed. Cloud9 is in a great location but be prepared to pay extra for this convenience. Knowing my poor planning, I'll probably still shop there, unless they get mad at me for posting an honest review.
