I came to Deli Delights because I've seen on Instagram that they serve Chopped Cheese sandwiches the Ockie Way. I've arrived and was greeted by the cashier and I placed my order. My order came out in about twenty minutes. The sandwich looked quite delicious as I opened it up. I took my first bite and the taste was okay. As I kept eating the sandwich, it seemed like the meat had the taste of Taco Mix Seasoning in the meat? I'm not sure if that's what they put in there but it was just an okay sandwich. The customer service was great and I even talked to the owner of the establishment. He's very nice and outgoing and so are the staff.

I go order from here frequently. I finally tried one of their smoothies called Peace. Super delicious. Their employees are super nice and give home town vibes. Always smiling and kind. Their coffee is also a must try.

Rip off! Paid $13.85 and left a $2 tip for this tiny salad. Dressing was supposed to be "red wine vinaigrette", was literally just a condiment container of red wine vinegar. Won't go back.

I had the falafel wrap, and I have to say that the falafel was one of the best tasting I have ever had.

When it was my turn to order, I asked what kind they had and the woman taking orders said a few things, but all I heard was strawberry. In part because I don't have the best hearing, and in part because there is a plastic shield separating customers from the employees. I asked if she could repeat the types. She stared at me unhappily for about 10 seconds, seemingly trying to make me feel uncomfortable. I said I couldn't hear you. There was obviously a bit of an issue understanding each other, but it became clear that I was asking her to say the choices again. She ultimately repeated them. Complete with annoyed glances. After I heard the types, I said I wanted the strawberry. She said "how many?" I said just one because I wanted to eat it then and didn't need any for later. From her body language and the disturbed look in her eyes, I could tell that she was unhappy, that I was getting just one. Like I was inconveniencing her by making her put forth such effort for just one paczki. I responded that I didn't want it anymore and walked out. I can't remember the last time a person working in a business has been that openly rude to me. I'll never be back. 1 Star

In Italy, the word is "Nonnie" which just happens to be the name of an amazing Italian bakery we visited today. To be honest, calling Nonni's a "bakery" really shortchanges Grandma, because it is SO much more than that. Yes, of course they sell an incredible variety of beautifully crafted cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and cannolis, but you can also buy breakfast sandwiches, pizza, stromboli, arancino, stuffed breads, grinders, chicken cutlets and more. Their store is awesome, and you'll find yourself staring at their showcases and refrigerated cases. Service is top notch, with plenty of helpful and smiling folks helping you. We picked up an eclectic group of odds and ends - croissants, donuts, danishes, and a big arancini stuffed with meat and vegetables. We attacked that first as an appetizer with dinner, and it was terrific. I can't wait to sample the rest of their wares. PRO TIP Their Italian cookies look amazing, and we will definitely be back to supply our Thanksgiving dessert table with their Rainbow and Birthday Cake cookie cubes.

There was a couple in front of me so I had time to check out the display cases and noticed most of the desserts were in plastic containers suggesting they probably were baked off premises (Waterbury?) and not particularly fresh. At this point I should have taken my business elsewhere, but a few breakfast baked goods resting on trays looked fresh so I ordered 2 turnovers, one each of strawberry and apple. On taking the turnovers out of the bag, I realized each was as hard as a rock, maybe even harder. Rather than trashing them immediately, I softened them in the oven, but after a few bites I realized the major problem was just a smear of jam was in each. The remainder are now residing in our garbage can.

There is a long, clean, and carefully laid out display case. It was such a treat to browse and gander at all the giant cookies and lovingly crafted pastries! I selected a cheese Danish and an apple turnover to enjoy with my husband after dinner. The girl who helped me was very nice and didn't mind naming the flavors of the turnovers for me so I could select the flavor I thought my husband would like best. $3.50 was my total for the two pastries, not bad at all. The flavors were phenomenal! Cheese Danish is one of my favorites and I savored every bite of this one! It was made perfectly and I couldn't make one suggestion on how to make it better! It was utterly heavenly (pun intended). My husband told me his turnover was really good, he definitely wasn't complaining! This is definitely a great bakery and a stop worth making!
