I finally got to grab a sandwich from this place. After reviewing the menu I went with a turkey club on rye bread. The place is small but great atmosphere and has outdoor sitting as well. Clean and organized, when I walked in no one was upfront. A guy in back noticed me and I asked for my sandwich since I pre ordered for pick up. Got home and unwrapped it, it had alot of turkey and the bacon was crisp like perfect crisp. The tomato lettuce and mayo were very little. Good rye bread, was okay and I would get another but it was okay. The sandwich was under $13 but with tax and tip over $15. ALWAYS TIP! These places have a ton over overhead and don't make huge profits so tip. read more

Their menu is pretty deep, with breakfast sandwiches, paninis, wings, soups, salads, and a ton of sandwich options. We were intrigued with their special sandwich menu. It was a Police vs. Fire Department kind of a thing with each of the two public services represented by two sandwiches. I went with a "Fire Marshall Tim" - a great tasting combination opf a chicken cutlet, honey ham, cheese and mustard on a hard roll. It was a big sandwich and was very reasonably priced at $12. The store's interior is pretty roomy and there are a lot of sitting to choose from. If you eat your food here (like we did) you won't feel cramped or crowded at all. Service was nice and friendly. This place is amazing! It's a family run business, and you can see and feel the love and connection when you are in there. They make you feel so welcome! Not to mention that these people serve fantastic delicious food! In addition, they give to their community (and surrounding communities), and they keep their word... they are people of integrity. They also have a food truck, so if you see their truck at a festival, stop by and get some of their delicious food! I highly recommend this business! I'm here for my 3rd visit since they opened and this place is still as great as the very first day. A real local gem. Breakfasts are fast hot and fresh. They do local bagels on the weekends that are as close to a jersey bagel as you'll ever find in ct. breakfast sandwiches remind me of my college days. Prices are super reasonable and the staf is very personable. You can get marble rye, wheat, rolls, tons of bread options. Coffee is at the bar and always hot and fresh. I love this spot. Stopped her on a whim! Cool place. They have a few outdoor, dog friendly seats, tables and umbrellas. I ordered the Italian chicken cutlet. And my husband ordered the Italian combo grinder. HUGE!!! The bread on both was excellent! Lots of meat on the grinder. They do have some amazing looking cookies for dessert but we were to full! Paid $13 for a caprese panini. First off, it wasn't a panini. It's just toasted white bread, two slices of grocery store sandwich cheese, and a grainy tomato. I've never had a caprese anything where the mozzarella wasn't fresh. A sandwich I could have made at home, in peak depression. read more

I had them cater my daughter's graduation Party. Big mistake. First Tammy does not communicate well. Takes days for a call/email back. Email confirmation along with hard copy confirmation that delivery would be 3:00pm. Delivered the food 1 hour early. Wouldn't have been so bad if it wasn't so hot out as some of my items were grinders/wraps with NO PLACE to store them except on the counter until the party. Refrigerator was already packed and who wants to eat sandwich meat especially tuna and egg salad that's been sitting out for an hour. So that was $104.95 out the window as I wasn't going to let anyone eat that after sitting out. All she has to say is "some people appreciate it being delivered early". never again. Don't waste your time. Oh and when I went in to pay by cash, I wanted a receipt so the girl had to call Tammy and she wanted to email me a receipt. Nope if I'm paying you cash from one hand a receipt better be in the other. The least they could have done was to reimburse for the cold tray that we couldn't even put out. read more

Great little spot right on the main drag. We stopped in for a casual breakfast and were quite impressed with the place. A little something for everyone here. I want to preface that I ordered with Uber Eats. I'm not taking anything away due to delivery times or temperature of the sandwich or fries. I'm solely judging on value, size and taste. I ordered the Italian Chicken sandwich, chicken pesto, fries and hash browns. The hash browns are tater tots, good taste, crispy but not what I was expecting when you say hash browns. The fries are thin and crispy. I would say an upper tier fry. The Italian Chicken sandwich was disappointing in size and value. The taste is worth two stars but the size is underwhelming considering it is a specialty. I wanted it to pop and be memorable, instead it was mid and sad. I'm sorry to say, not worth the price in my mind. The pesto chicken was again, mid at best. I was not expecting as much after eating the Italian. I will try I Know a Guy again in the future because maybe I ordered on a bad day or off hours. So many folks love this place so it deserves a second chance but we'll see. read more

The Italian chicken sandwich that I just paid $16 for was disappointing. It was literally one little chicken cutlet, one slice of prosciutto, one slice of provolone, and some roasted red peppers on a small roll. Each half was maybe four bites. It was tasty but massively overpriced for what I got. I am glad my wife did not want one. Otherwise I would've spent $32 and we would both still be hungry. I love a good sandwich and I was excited to try this new deli. It's very clean inside and the menu has a great variety of choices. To me, it's the BREAD that makes or breaks the sandwich. My husband and I got 2 build-your-own sandwiches on hard rolls; a roast beef and a ham. They were very hearty and made just as we ordered them. The reason for the 3 stars is simple....the hard rolls just weren't anything special. They didn't taste fresh, possibly just a day old, but it made a big difference. It's always best if the deli bakes their own bread or gets their delivery from a local bakery. Harvest Bakery in Bristol would be a great place to possibly connect with for bulkie rolls here. The grinder rolls looked great, and were quite large. We'll be back again to try a grinder. It's a good location for a sandwich shop and I wish them much success! read more

I went here for the first time for a panini and coffee. I paid $11.00 for this panini and I am sorry, it was awful. It had one slice of tomatoe, one slice of maybe cheese, basil. Terrible!!. The coffee, not fresh at all. Not what I was expecting. I got a panini at Fresh Market not too long ago and didn't pay $11.00 and it was unbelievable...an inch thick and one panini could feed two people. This place is next door to a brewery and I was lucky enough to get there before it closed for the day. My wife and I each ordered a grinder. They are huge and so good! They have lots of options and I know we will be regulars for the grinders. If the rest of their food is as good, you will not be disappointed. I am looking forward to going back. So good!
