He has a real issue with white people. He always gives me an attitude before I even say anything. I've observed this behavior with other white patrons as well. If a black or Hispanic customer comes in he is super friendly and starts small talk with them. If the customer is white...he acts as though you are bothering him and he wants you out of the store. He makes me very uncomfortable and his attitude is jarring.

The latter charge is illegal in the state of CT (ct.gov). I didn't realize I was charged this extra non cash fee til home. Disappointed.
