They had a pretty good selection, so I was looking around to see if there was anything I wanted to grab. The person working behind the counter did greet me & say hi, so I'll give him that, but after that, there wasn't really any interaction. He didn't ask if I needed help, if I was looking for anything specific, or if I needed assistance finding something. I know employees don't have to hover over you, but I do appreciate when someone at least checks in. He was on his phone so unbothered. I ended up leaving w/o purchasing anything b/c the vibe just wasn't there for me. Maybe I caught them on an off day, but I like to feel welcomed when I walk into a store. The selection was def there, especially considering the size of the store, but the customer service just didn't do it for me.

When I walked in, the employee didn't greet me or acknowledge that I had entered. He didn't ask if I needed help either. What made the experience more disappointing was seeing him be friendly and engaging with another customer. After that customer left, I was completely ignored, which made me feel unwelcome. I'm not expecting over the top customer service, but a simple "hello" or "let me know if you need anything" goes a long way. I rather spend my money elsewhere.
