It's not the largest store, but they still carry all of the premium products you would find on their website. Currently during the holiday shopping season, it is packed with shoppers. I still managed to find what I need and leave in a timely manner. The line to check out was long but moved quickly, since they had multiple cashiers on hand. The staff are always ready to help me find what I need, and sometimes offer samples as a suggestion of a product. If something is out of stock, they'll order it for me with fast and free shipping. This is an excellent Sephora in the area.

As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and fairness. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here, and it left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Majority of the items have testers, so you can touch, play and see how they work for you, before you purchase. The other reason is they sell high end products and drugstore items in the same store. Also, there are several brands and products that are exclusively sold at Ulta and no other brick and mortar location. At this location there's a wide variety of hair products and hair tools, skin care, fragrances, makeup as well as a trial sized section. The staff working at this Ulta location are very knowledgeable about the products and are ready to answer any questions. There are several services this Ulta location offers, I haven't utilized any of them, so I can't comment on the quality. They offer ear piercing. Hair services, such as haircuts, color and style.
