The pickup window doesn't deal with insurance info so they sent me to another line after waiting in line for window D to input insurance info. The only saving grace is if you have a bar code then you can get in the express line which is significantly faster but even then sometimes there's a line for that. Also the floors are dirty. No one vacuums? Granted the 1 star I'm giving is for the friendly staff. But maybe they're understaff or their system is just not very efficient.

It involved several messages to them, and someone always called me back promptly and was able to reassure me. Then at the store, the helpful CVS pharmacist (Armeta?) worked with me to get it straight. It was a hassle for her and she was courteous, professional, and kind. 5 stars for the staff! 3 stars for the computer system (always an issue with CVS) So 4 happy stars!

The waits at the drive-through and in the store are unbelievably long. I can rarely get through in less than 30 minutes for an already filled and ready to go prescription. Chris is detailed, has great communication skills, highly ethical and is always happy to help a customer. He usually provides great information about the drugs and the use of them. I picked up an online order on August 26 for a birthday party on Sept 5. Another Walgreens did…read moresuch an amazing job with my niece's banner, that I asked her to do one for me. She had it sent to this Walgreens being closer to my home. I paid for a 2' x 8' banner. When it was opened up to hang, it was not printed right. For one, it was only 2' x 6' 7 inch. And the wording was not centered. The next day I went back to Walgreens to have it corrected for next weekend's party. The lady at the counter did not know how she could help me, so she asked someone else. This person was very unkind towards me when I showed her how that it was printed wrong. I told her that this was not 8' long. She argued that it was and was very rude and condescending towards me. She did not appear happy with her job, never smiled and did not really want to help me. Very dismissive and basically said it was my fault. She finally said that we would have to resubmit online again and will not charge me, but when I come back to pick, she wanted me to bring the first back because " you can't have both for free"?!? Her name is Jayden. I wend back today to pick up the new online order and met with Staci, who was very kind and smiled the whole time. She also said she had a wonderful time printing my banner and said it looked beautiful! As my husband and I walked out of the store, Jayden was at the register, not a smile on her face, and watched us as we walked out the door with both banners. Staci said that they have no used for the incorrect banner. Because of this experience, I will never go back to this store again.

I go to this location because it's close to the house…read more Large store, clean, and orderly. Staff here I've interacted with (store and pharmacy) have always been nice and helpful. I don't do a ton of retail shopping here so can't speak to breadth of products they carry (e.g., food, home and bathroom products, snacks). I generally do pharmacy pick-ups and get flu shots, vaccinations, and the like. Again, the pharmacy is efficient and (so far, at least) is always able to fill my prescriptions. Staff is helpful and patient - even when dealing with moving prescriptions and dealing with insurance inquiries. Rarely have to wait long to pick anything up, which is great. Glad this place is close by!

The price was $6.29 for a pump bottle for this .Aloe Vera Gel. This Aloe Vera Gel will provide me with a cooling sensation to ease my sunburn. I also bought 2 Wet and Wild (Black) Gel Eyeliner Pencil. The price was $6.79 each. The total for 2 eyeliner pencils is $13.58. Then I bought one Rose shade Blush. The price is $2.19. The final item I bought was the Blush Brush. the price is $8.00. My total bill was $17.28. I enjoy shopping at this CVS Pharmacy location due to their cashier like Mata is always very helpful in finding the product that I need most and she is also has an upbeat positive attitude. Their pharmacist is also very helpful and friendly to me their regular customer.
