    Waiting over 36 min for an oil change and nobody has come up to me still.

    To the managers Oct 23rd we'd: so far as I'm writing this it's taking 36 min and still waiting on someone to come to me to get my information for an oil change. You guys really need to supervise this area. This has been the most inconsistent part of Walmart. There is literally one vehicle in the bay which can fit two cars and 4 employees walking around. Restocking oil and throwing away old oil. The absolute worse service

    All tank tops on the table are similar except color. Sign clearly states $1.00

    Advertised price was not honored even the store lead reviewed display of tank top which sign clearly states $1.00. But would not except stating "this is the way management wants to display items. I let them know this is DECEIVING

    It's a one stop shop. Has food, clothes, houseware, electronics, movies... The food is ok, but I usually just stick with non-perishable items. Altho they do have this evergood pineapple chicken sausage that I love so.

    Sadly this place is no super center, besides the super space, their stuffs were lackluster, toys were missing pieces were stolen or opened, their entire hot food displays were empty, no rotisserie or pop corn chicken, just a blank display, I went to the deli hoping to get some food, but everything there also felt very old and small, not sure today they cooked more food or not, hmmm. The toy department was disappointing as well, they have stuffs dated like 2 years ago with Marvel Doctor Strange, I don't think they did restock for a while.

    Employees just standing around talking together. No rush. Just people that have been waiting an hour.

    Curbside pickup here is an absolute joke. Got messaged at 2:59pm that my order (2 items already paid 300$ for) was ready. I got here and checked in by 3:05. It is currently 4:56 and still I have been told that they don't have any of the items pulled and to rig wait in the car. Consistent delay time between coming out and helping then going in to be gone for 5-10 minutes before coming out again. Again. It's been an hour. I have 2 items. And got told to go back to my car and they'll have it when they have it. Great job, guys. You wasted my time. Oh also, tried to call over and over and it keeps getting forwarded after ringing. And honestly. This can be fixed with a notification saying there's delay and new eta is whatever. But you can have people waiting for 2-3 hours.

Once I entered the business establishment I was greeted, and everybody was very friendly. They offered me a beverage and gave me an apple space for sitting on their comfortable chairs. I love how much light enters through the window windows because it makes your shopping experience fun and you can see the true colors of the bags. The bathroom was very clean. Julia was the woman I spoke to a week ago and she helped me through text message coordinate the purchase of a bag. She was very kind, patient and very thorough with all of the details that I requested upfront. When I finally met her in person to pick up the bag, she was super sweet and spent a lot of time with me. She answered all my questions and I will definitely work with her again in the future. I do wish they had some snack snacks because I always love snack snacks and I spent a few hours there. Overall loved the place. Will definitely go back. I love my bag and it's such good quality. It's even pet friendly. I brought my dog. Prices were competitive to market values which were great.

I consigned my Hermès Chevre de Coromandel Birkin 40 Cognac, 2004 H in Square, through Fashionphile's consignment process. I trusted Fashionphile's reputation and expertise to handle it properly. Fashionphile received my bag. I have documentation confirming receipt, and I also have photographs provided by Marco, a Fashionphile employee, showing my Birkin in Fashionphile's possession. There is absolutely no question that Fashionphile had custody and control of my handbag. I have been battling this situation since May 16, 2026. Fashionphile was returning the bag back to me. However, through what appears to be their own negligence, they shipped my handbag to an address in a state where I do not even live. Let that sink in. A company specializing in luxury goods had possession of my Hermès Birkin and then shipped it to a completely different state that has no connection to me. This was not a situation where the package was lost before it reached Fashionphile. They had already received the bag. This was not a dispute over whether they ever possessed it. They did. I have proof. Yet despite having possession of my property, they shipped it to the wrong location and my bag has never been returned to me. Since May 16th, I have spent countless hours making calls, sending emails, gathering records, reviewing tracking information, preserving evidence, and trying to get answers. What should have been a straightforward transaction turned into weeks of stress, frustration, and uncertainty over the whereabouts of my handbag that should have remained secure while in Fashionphile's care. The most disturbing part is the lack of confidence this experience has given me in Fashionphile's handling of high-value items. Customers consign luxury goods with Fashionphile because they believe the company has systems in place to protect those items. My experience suggests otherwise. If a documented Hermès Birkin can be received by Fashionphile and then shipped to a state where the owner does not even reside, that raises serious concerns about the company's internal procedures and accountability. Beyond the financial loss, this situation has caused tremendous stress. Luxury handbags are not just expensive possessions. For many collectors, they represent years of effort, and investment. To have a company entrusted with that property lose control of it has been incredibly upsetting. As of today June 12,2026, I am still seeking the return of my Hermès Chevre de Coromandel Birkin 40 Cognac, 2004 H in Square, or fair compensation for its loss. I hope Fashionphile finally takes responsibility and resolves this matter appropriately. Until then, I feel obligated to share my experience so that others can make an informed decision before entrusting Fashionphile with their valuable property.

On 1/6 I went to the store to return it as it's too big. The manager had a major attitude from the moment I walked in and refused to do a return as it was 17 days after I bought it making it 3 days past the return window. 3 days during holiday season. I was not asking for my money back, simply a store credit as I do not fit into the skirt. I informed her that I was out of town during the holidays, but she did not care. I asked her if it was for a gift if she would have returned it and she said yes, but since it wasn't for a gift, she was not going to return my item. Immediately she put notes into the computer to inform her other store to not take my return. I am appalled that this is the customer service that the store is providing. It was three days past the window and again I was not asking for my money back. Keep in mind the store was closed multiple days during that time due to the holidays. I am shocked that any store would treat the customers this way, especially during the holiday season.
