How does a vendor get away with offering a customer an item at a certain price and then change their mind just prior to selling it when they find out it's worth more than they want to sell it for.

When I picked the next size up, she suddenly said I owed about $4 more because of a "price difference." That's not what she had said earlier. To make matters worse, she began muttering things under her breath in another language. I recorded it and translated it afterward -- and what she said was completely inappropriate and racist. The staff there were also very helpful and gave my son few free sleeves for his one piece cards. The place is very small, very clean and all the stores were organized. It wasn't very packed on a Saturday, it didn't feel that way but the parking was a hot mess. Lol maybe bc they share parking with the flower field.
