Only here for the 24 hour service but that's why I've been using costco pharmacy. There's no customer service at these pharmacy chains but this place takes the cake. Talking to me with no eye contact and making me feel like I'm taking up their time for being here? 1 star because they're open 24 hours. read more

Needs more staff, Always a line to check out and people are rarely available in photo dept. All employees at this CVS work in slow motion.

I am writing this as I sit in a waiting chair. Our regular pharmacy was out of a medication, so the prescription was transferred here. I waited 5+ minutes in the pickup line to discover that the prescription had not yet been entered into the system. They say it will be filled in 30 minutes; we will see. Staff is nice, but all four of them have been fielding phone calls; very busy! But at least they have the medication (I hope). read more

Omg..... please get more than one person in the pharmacy . Nothing against the pharmacist/staff but they're severely short handed. There's literally one person for pick ups , drop offs , answering the phone, counseling , ringing up customers, immunizations and filling prescriptions. It's ridiculous!!! read more

The homeless or panhandlers out front these last few times are not helping with my rating. This CVS just has gotten really bad over the last few months and don't come at night they are scanning for customers to ask for money. Which is sad cause the other stores across the street are so nice and clean and would not tolerate this! This parking lot and store have just gone down hill. I can only give the lady that I have personally had dealings with in the fragrance department five stars because she is friendly and helpful, Rudy a manager day shift is completely rude coming to this location is when I absolutely need to. read more

So clean and the lots of space to browse. There's 3 CVS stores in Upland, but this is the nice one.

This pharmacy is the worst! My husband just had back surgery. I'm here filling his pain medication. I was told it would be 1 hr. After an hour, I got in line to pick up. I was told it wasn't ready yet. I had to wait another 20 minutes because they got backed up. The 10 people who came after me have all received their medication! Plus, the last time I was here, one week ago, they shorted me medication. I was supposed to receive 20 pills, they gave me 10! Is somebody selling pills on the side? The pharmacy staff needs customer service training! DO NOT GO HERE!! read more

Tried giving them a chance, nothing has improved. They tell you 15 mins, but that means least 2 hrs. They stopped calling to let me know my prescription was ready, so I have to manually check. Raylne, the one that gives you your medication was so rude when I came the other day to pick up my medications. I have the flu & don't want to deal with that. Shouldn't be surprised, every one here is so rude, if you hate it so much find another job. read more

this cvs pharmacy is completely awful, the pharmacists are ALWAYS in a horrible mood. they are rude and unprofessional. I have tried being extra nice and friendly, quick and to the point, I've tried going in at different times.... but nothing works. the staff in the pharmacy always looks overwhelmed and upset. I have tried speaking to a manage before but they are never available. One time the pharmacist threw the prescription back on the counter and said they were out of those meds, no explanation at all. I no longer go to this pharmacy, I can't stand the abuse they give the customers. read more

I will be changing to another CVS on my next refill. This place is always under staffed lines are crazy and the people that are working are over worked and very rude. I hate coming here only reason why I do is cause it is 24 hours and the one by me closes at 7 pm but with all the mixes up and screws ups on my refills and me calling them in and then go to pick them up and they have no record of me calling them in or they sold the last of the drug to someone else and I have to wait for more to be shipped in... So now I have no pain meds and dying in pain till they do there job and get a hold of the doctor which could be a day to days. Some of the people who shop here are a bit much *trying to be nice and not say rude things about the class of people shopping there* Plus the homeless out front these last few times are not helping with my rating as well.. I never come here alone I am to nervous of getting mugged... This CVS just has gotten really ghetto over the last few months. Which is sad cause the other stores across the street are so nice and clean. But this parking lot and stores have just gone down hill..... Is there a rating lower than the 1 star? The worst pharmacy EVER. You will wait a long time whether you are picking up or dropping off. I will never return to this pharmacy. If you need a pharmacy please visit the Walgreens on the corner of Mountain and Foothill. After standing in line for 10 minutes at CVS to DROP off my prescription, I left frustrated and drove a little further to this location. They have a drive thru window... and more importantly my prescription was ready in 20 min. read more

OMG, I thought the CVS by my house was the worst. This one is bad too! I stood waiting in line for at least 15-20 mins at the pharmacy just to drop off. Just to drop off! (This was a Thursday night at around 7:00 pm) They quoted one hour so I grabbed a bite and went to Marshalls next door. SERIOUSLY, that is the only reason this CVS is better--because the stores next door help you kill time. You will have time to go to Big 5 and Marshalls and have a meal to Juan Pollo before your meds are ready. I came back in an hour and it still was not filled. I specifically asked when I dropped of if it would be ready by 8:15 pm. The guy said, "for sure" it would after he even checked with the pharmacist. Why can't they ever quote accurate times???!!! The cashier told me the pharmacist had an issue she was dealing with and got behind. That seems to always be the case every time I go to any CVS pharmacy. On the hunt again for a better pharmacy. read more

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever been to in my life! They're so slow, and consistently make mistakes on all my medication refills. The manager of the store is the worst of it all, and is constantly a jerk to the costumers. read more

I would give them NO stars if it's possible. Was there on Friday after I had my tonsillectomy done to get my pain medicine, they said they didn't stock that type there and needed to verify the medicine with my doctor. This was friday. It is now Monday. My doctor called them and spoke to a pharmacy tech to correct the medicine and then my doctor called me to confirm that the medicine will be ready for me today. Cvs never called me to let me know if it was ready for pick up so I had to call them. Spoke to one lady who said it was not ready and hung up on me. Had to call back seconds later, spoke to another person retelling the reason for my call (keep in mind I'm in major pain from the surgery and it hurts to talk). The lady said she would call my doctor to get the prescription over the phone. An hour later I never received a call confirming it was ready by CVS so again I had to call them. Spoke to a different person this time, and she said the person I spoke to originally NEVER even called my doctor. I had to call my doctor and leave a voicemail regarding this whole mess. Do not go to this pharmacy. They lie and don't do their jobs. I'm in so much pain and now have to wait until tomorrow (tuesday) If you ever had an adult tonsillectomy done, you know the main is outrageous! So having to deal with this for 4 days straight now with now pain medicine. You can understand my frustration read more
