You can't upload large files but then it warns you that your project might be pixelated because the file size is too small. I decided to order 1 banner first to test it out. The resolution is low but it's not too bad. Just think of it like a Monet. It looks good from far away. :) So I ordered 3 more banners. They turned out great! You can get your banners done in 1 hour! They are very timely and the posters are rolled up nicely and placed in a clear plastic bag. I love that they always have a coupon available. Vanni especially has taken the time to be extra patient and kind with me and is superb at customer service! I know they are all super busy yet these 2 women don't show it and always make me feel like no question is too silly or stupid. I am recently retired from health care so understand the importance of great customer service in our field. Some other employees there need to work on being more receptive to customers. There is one man who speaks very quickly, avoids eye contact and seems like he couldn't be bothered with customers. When you call, before you have a chance to say anything he puts you on hold. He could smile and acknowledge his customers more. I switched from Walgreens because of their disorganized operations and am glad I did because of Vanni and Rachel.........but I sure miss them when they are not there!

I have always gone to Walmart Pharmacy inside the Walmart Neighborhood Market (both in Pleasanton…read moreand San Ramon) and have always been pleased with their service. The courteous and knowledgeable staff and great customer service are incomparable. They usually have your meds ready to be picked up even before you call for refills, which makes life a little less stressful. Among the excellent group of pharmacists, Jason Kwong, the Pharmacy Manager still manage to stand out. He goes beyond and above the duties expected of him to make any customer feel like an important member of his family. Recently I was in Walmart doing some grocery shopping when I walked by the self-help blood pressure screening booth and decided to give it a try. My BP readings kept coming out high which surprised me for I am quite fit for my age, I exercise regularly and always watch what I eat. Additionally, I just had a thorough health exam last month and the results were great. After several tries, I asked Jason, who is working his shift about the machine's accuracy. He said that it is in good working order and offered to check my BP himself using the pharmacy BP monitor for my peace of mind. He came out with the portable gadget to get my reading. After several tries, first on my right arm, then on my left he is convinced that my BP is extremely high and advised me to go to ER. I drove home and called my physician who advised me the same thing. I hurriedly drove to Valley Care ER in Pleasanton where I was attended to immediately. I am on now on maintenance medications and am still undergoing more tests, but I am thankful to all the medical professionals, including Jason Kwong, who did everything they could do to prevent me from having a heart attack or stroke. Without them, I probably won't be around anymore to write this review.
