I asked a female employee wearing glasses about a promotion on hair dye products. Her explanation completely contradicted the promotional information clearly displayed on the price tag. Due to the inconsistency, I decided not to purchase the product. At this point, she told me I needed to put the item back myself. Honestly, I thought I had misheard her, as I had never encountered this situation in any store before. Of course, I asked again, "Are you telling me to put it back myself?" She firmly replied, "Yes, because you're not buying it." This was the first time I've experienced something like this, and I found her attitude very rude and unprofessional. In my opinion, she is not suited for customer facing sales work. Ironically, her attitude was more like giving orders than providing customer service. In short, this experience left me with a very bad impression and severely impacted my shopping experience. I immediately went to a nearby Safeway , where the same product was not only cheaper but the service was also as attentive as always.

Since I was trying Great Clips next door (who does specifically carry it but only had the new bottles) I dropped into this location as well. Luckily they did have a couple bottles in stock (yay!) and I was also able to pick up the items the doctor had recommended that morning for some of my ongoing jaw issues I've been having the last few months. I ended up speaking with the Pharmacy tech who was super helpful and kind and I left with all the things I needed. So, I got on the phone and was left on hold for 45 mins...at 5:55, they sent me a text saying the prescription was ready, allowing me no time to drive down there and at that point was still on hold. The wait time and line can get pretty insane and there's usually only one cashier working at any given time. I'm glad that this pharmacy isn't the kind that forces consults on all medications (I'm looking at you, Walgreens Mountain View on Grant Rd.) This location is the most convenient for me, especially since this location has a drive-thru. I just wish that they could run the pharmacy in a way that helps things move a little faster.

I had a very frustrating experience at this CVS Pharmacy today. I arrived at 12:26 PM to pick up a…read moreprescription medication, and the pharmacy refused to help me because they were closing for lunch at 12:30 PM. What I don't understand is why CVS posts that the pharmacy closes from 12:30-1:30 PM, yet the staff is actually shutting things down 5-10 minutes early. We drove out of our way to pick up this medication, only to be turned away. The employee said they needed "five minutes to close and lock up," but all that happened was the gate being pulled down--which took about 30 seconds. Meanwhile, there were people in line, including families with kids, who were also trying to get their prescriptions. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the staff. They were extremely rude, dismissive, and showed zero compassion toward customers who had taken the time to come in before the posted closing time. No one seemed to care that patients rely on these medications. If the pharmacy truly needs to stop serving customers 5-10 minutes before 12:30, then that should be clearly posted. Otherwise, refusing service to people who arrive before the stated closing time is unacceptable. I hope higher management looks into this, because this level of service is incredibly disappointing for a pharmacy where people depend on timely access to their medications.

To me and Hispanic American I was really pissed off when she kept on saying I'm close. I'm close system down when I pointed out that she's ringing him up and he's paying $100 cash for his prescription, she kept on saying system down I'm closed. so take a look at the picture.
