This caused me harm and injury. Today,  my entire entire left Breast is sore today from the Safeway cart slamming into my breasts!! I am fed up with Safeway!!locking up the carts at the exit door is a asinine way of controlling crime.  My cart went through the register and i was not stealing anything!!! Years ago in my neighborhood we had a grocery store that had  "Conveyer" belts. The "baggers" at the registers would put your Groceries in a crate and give you a ticket to get your groceries from the crate when you pull up to the belt. If Safeway is going to lock your carts at the exit door and in the parking lot far away from your vehicle, then they need a system to get your groceries to you vehicle and STOP having the shopping cart ATTACK YOU AT THE DOOR AND Causing YOU INJURY! I stopped shopping at the Safeway store on Dublin West side for this reason. I got tired of my cart suddenly stopping in the parking lot leaving me stuck sometimes in the rain in the middle of the parking lot with groceries I had to carry by hand to my car! Now Safeway at east side at Tassajara is doing the same. I am done with shopping at Safeway Stores. I may have to run to the store to get something that i can carry in my hand but my money will not be spent at Safeway when I can get the same groceries at other stores that are friendly and customer service is not causing the customers harm at the expense of saving the store money.  I am 71 years old and having to carry groceries from the exit door or stuck in the parking lot far away from my vehicle is NOT what i am going to do!SAFEWAY HAS NEVER BEEN TOO BRIGHT WITH its CUSTOMERS SERVICES (other bad experience with Safeway Stores) AND THE STAFF IS VERY UNHAPPY TOO! I am much happier shopping and NEVER had any problems with shopping at the other local stores -Lucky's, Sprouts and Best -COSTCO Stores.

And last week I had my doc send a prescription there, only to find out after driving over, that they did not have it in stock. Poor communication. Between the Front of house and back of house failures, this location, and possibly the entire corporation, will not survive. I suggest mark Cuban's Cost Plus drugs, which will literally save you 50% - 90% on most prescriptions.

The Walgreens app has deals and discounts and if you need to make a return and use your number during the initial transaction they can look up the receipt and give you a full refund for your return product. Basically, all you have to do is upload your images from either your computer or phone to the Walmart store location site, select the size you need. They even print stuff up to 8 x 10, but all I wanted were the standard 4 X 5 size. Those prints were just 16 cents each, that's a deal these days! Plus, the prints are ready to pick up in just 1 hour! I never used this service before so I was curious as to how well it would work out. I went into the store after lunch and wandered my way back to the photo and electronics section. There just happen to be an employee at the station. I've read other reviews, that had trouble even finding just someone there to help out. I guess I was lucky! They found my order and just handed them to me in a blue Walmart photo envelope. You pay online when you place your order. I opened the envelope and looked at the pictures. Wow, perfect prints on matte paper. Color balance and brightness were exact match to my digital pics. I just needed some prints to give to a friend that has no way to view digital pictures. Yeah, they're car pics! I really like this photo service, I'd use it again!

My review is solely on the drive up pickup experience as the same thing has happened 3 times now, always with the same pickup associate. Not sure if her name but she has glasses and curly hair. 3 times now, have we experienced a poor pickup experience. First time-- the employee just walked up to our car with no greeting and just stared at us. Assuming she wanted the 4 digit pick up code. So we showed it to her and asked that she put it in our trunk. One of the items was a door hanging mirror. She literally placed it in the trunk, yelled "it doesn't fit" and walked away. Uhhh what!? -- the mirror fit, literally just had to push it into the trunk. (We have an SUV btw). Second time-- she walks up to our window again and stares at us. No greeting. We show the code and ask her to put it in the trunk-- she literally tosses the bags in the trunk and walks away. No usual target friendly greeting or goodbye. No broken goods thankfully were bought but the goods were all over our trunk when we got home (we live very close by). Third time-- same awkward non-greeting. We show the code-- she tosses the bag into our passenger rear window and walks away. -___- Not sure how target assesses employee customer service but please, train your employees more.
