Grabbed a quick white elephant gift from CVS yesterday. Nice clean store with plenty of parking. Store was organized and staff was helpful. The pricing was pretty expensive for a CVS. The main issue was once I got to the register, the clerk also works at the photo counter and I had to wait 10 mins to be rang up. I stopped at CVS for a quick in and out but ended up spending more time in line than shopping. read more

A pharmacy that sends you to a dirty grocery story find a public restroom. Obviously they have a restroom and they refuse to allow customers to use it. If they don't have a restroom it makes me wonder where do the employees go to wash their hands. Horrible customer service. read more

Cashier Shaunice was so rude. I went it for a refund on two items which I had the receipt for. From the minute I walked in she had an attitude. She began questioning me saying that she could only refund one of the two items as the other one still looked okay for me to keep. She called a manager over and thankfully the manager was able to refund it for me, no questions asked. Why come to work if you don't have the attitude nor the patience to deal with customers?! Employees are run off their feet unlocking cabinets got simple $7 items like toothpaste. If you're going to lock everything up, you need to have several people constantly on shift dedicated to running around to unlock cabinets. It is not fair to the lone cashier on staff to have to worry about doing everything, including running around to unlock low value merchandise. The fact that some manager decided that the loss in merchandise per hour is greater than the hourly wage is ridiculous. read more

Newer CVS - very bright and clean with well labeled aisles - friendly cashier... and no wait to pay but the store needs a little something. As I entered the only greeting I got was from some guy smoking so close to the front door I practically had to stumble over him to enter. This I suppose set the tone for the whole visit. In general, I like Walgreens. They are easy to spot in any city as they usually are at a major intersection and they are are set up in good way that make them pleasant to navigate. This didn't have a good feeling to it even though it was recently renovated. The new renovation seemed completely utilitarian focused - bright, bright lights and industrial carpet throughout. The footprint is narrow and deep. I think it misses some personality or the placement of interesting or new products in main walkways. The place even seemed to lack the impulse items strategically placed near the cashier. As I paid I thought to myself how even the placement of the cashier was poorly designed. The cashier naturally stands facing the back of the store and I believe s/he should be facing the entrance to greet customers or to keep an eye on things. read more

I went in this CVS store on May 28 2024. I was able to easily find everything I needed. Karla the cashier provided fast efficient and friendly service. The store was clean, well organized and had a welcome feel to it,,good vibes walking in. I would recommend this cvs store. read more

After the remodel, the place itself looks neater and cleaner. Much smaller after the remodel, but then again it's never been that busy to warrant such a large building imo. With everything new and cleaner, the staff themselves seem to be alittle more customer service oriented and engaging. My only gripe is the money gram machine can be a hit or miss at these places. read more

Recently moved to the area, never in my 68 years have I been treated so horribly rude by a pharmacist. First of all, it's against policy to shout out in front of other customers what medication you're picking up, and I should have reported her to the pharmacy board. Even though their Photo department closes at 10PM, they won't take passport photos after 5PM. Would be nice if they post this ahead of time so you don't waste your time. Go to Walgreens instead, they take passport photos until closed. read more

I have not used their pharmacy so this review is based solely on the drugstore part of the business. The employees were helpful and friendly. The store was clean and well-stocked and mom and I quickly found everything we were looking for. The store itself is open 8am-10pm seven days a week, but the pharmacy department is only open 9am-9pm Monday through Thursday, 9am-6pm on Saturdays, and 10am-6pm on Sundays. The only thing that really stood out was that instead of tile the floor was covered with a weird woven material. It was clean and unstained but I can't help but think it would be difficult to clean if something spilled. Otherwise, it was a good drugstore but nothing special. read more

This CVS is newly remodeled so it's neat and clean, and plenty of parking in this plaza. I came by to the pharmacy simply to dispose of medication. They have two secure disposal sites within the store (inside, right in front of the pharmacy) where you can safely dispose of medication. I don't find this to be common at pharmacies so this is really appreciated. So important to utilize these resources so that medication is properly disposed of. read more

The manager refused to give me a receipt when I made a purchase and told me I could return without receipt. I verified I could get cash back on my card on a return. When I ended up having to return the item, he refused to give credit back to my card and only offered store credit. What manager refuses to give a receipt upon purchase and lies about return? Josea. On Monday 3/15/21, I stopped by the CVS store in Dublin, around 8:50 a.m.by to check on the COVI vaccine in the pharmacy. I was informed by the cashier that the pharmacy open until 9:00 a.m. so I wondered through the store and saw several employees working hard. Some of them approach me and asked me if I needed help. The pharmacist was very polite and gave the information about how to register for the vaccine. The cashier was very nice and helpful. I like the employees' professionalism that I observed when I was in the store. read more

Drive all the way from Livermore to pick up a Rx for a friend. Get told "it's ready but the pharmacist is on lunch". So when will the pharmacist be back? Well maybe 30 mins or 20 mins or 15. No one really knows. Apparently they just leave. Mind you this Rx was called in almost 2 hours prior to me coming in. So I can sit around and wait for the unicorn pharmacist to return or run another errand all while there's a sick kid at home. Now I begrudge no one their break. Walked in through a construction tunnel to get into the store to grab a drink and some snacks. Was politely greeted. Walked to the left where their chilled drinks are located and browsed EVERY chill door (no root beer - that's okay). Proceeded to head to the snacks and was repeatedly addressed as ma'am (very politely) and when I turned to look in the direction of the addressor I was advised that they don't allow bags in the store. I said that I'll leave and was told that I don't have to leave. I asked where that was posted (as I would've apologized for not handing over my bags upon walking in) and was told that he was the store manager and that if I'd like to speak with his boss, he'd be in tomorrow. I said that speaking with him wouldn't be necessary, but if he would kindly tell me where this policy was posted I'd appreciate it. He said that it wasn't and that's why he stepped out from behind the register to approach me. I should be offended but rather I am saddened by this ... I will not be a patron of this location again. I am so close to this location that I shop here 5-6 days a week (have never had my bags), multiple times a day. At $4/visit 3 times/day ... $3,744/year from one person - chump change for them (that's a low end calculation as I usually spend more per visit), but I will be sharing this experience with everyone I know. As a manager in a retail environment, I understand that these policies can be necessary, but have always seen them posted. This would never be a regular practice in my location and we operate in the same shopping center (probably with the same clientele). Tsk tsk. read more

Worst customer service... been waiting for a prescription to be renewed, the Pharmasist refused to refil the 30 script, and wanted to wait for a 90 day script... after I contacted the doctor, and a new prescription was sent to CVS at 4:05pm on 06/22.... on 6/23 I received a message from CVS stating the doctor refused to fill... and to make an appointment. The doctors office sent me exactly what they sent CVS approving the prescription. Now CVS states it's too soon to fill the medication I've been out of for over a week.. and they will fill it in August. When asking for a manager or Supervisor they are all absent, cant be found.. they will call you back within 10 days. The Pharmaisist gets extreamly frustrated and obviously this is the result... sounds like retaliation. And they wonder why people get tired of the ignorance. read more

Shoppers beware. I went shopping here today and encountered some rude, condescending employees. The woman that was at the register (LUZ) was so rude and kept uttering smart*** remarks. When I asked to speak to the store manager she went and got LESLIE who was even more rude. I couldn't believe such a rude and unprofessional person could be the store manager. Switching to a different pharmacy to pick up what I need should say it all. Trust me by no means am I expecting a grand gesture upon entering, or some over the top interaction that would remind me of being stuck in Pleasantville. However, I do expect that when I need something from the pharmacy, and call well ahead of time, that it should be ready - or if I have to wait then I shouldn't expect to grow old here. The pharmacy never got the price right on the medicine that I needed to pick up, and always gave me the run around. Unless you're friends with the pharmacists I definitely would not go here. Relocated 1 store front over. Remodel finally complete. Aisles are definitely narrower. A little cramped, probably half the size of the old space but easier to find stuff. Huge parking lot. Also, I made a point of updating my name (after I married) and my insurance information with them when I dropped off my last Rx and stood there while they updated it and they managed to lose that information. DO NOT BUY GIFTS AT CVS!! I got a gift that I had to return (WITH a receipt mind you) and they only will give you a gift card, no cash back. Either that or the person who charged (the giver) it has to return it themselves. How very awkward for customers who want to return gifts but don't want a gift card from CVS in exchange.
