In the past, at other pharmacies, they have prepared the needles in front of me when they take them out of the box, where I can see what they are doing when they prepare the needles and showed me the empty wrapper that said the name of the vaccine before disposing of it in the trash, which was much more reassuring. It was a nice waiting room though and hopefully they administered what I signed up for. The cashier was not able to even place the order though because she ran into a problem while entering my insurance information, so she reached out to the pharmacist, who took over and finished the entry of information for the cashier, without showing or explaining anything to the cashier, who stepped aside and resumed taking other orders. The pharmacist at this point mumbled something under her breath, so I asked her what she said and she replied, "I'll take care of it. Don't worry." It was a good experience overall. No reaction from vaccines.

We only ended up waiting about 15 minutes. It was a very smooth experience. Like a well-oiled machine. You essentially fill out a form at the check-in window. Be sure to bring a passport or school ID for your child. The person who administered the vaccine was very professional and friendly. My son was a little nervous but she put him at ease. I'm so grateful for healthcare workers. Incredibly convenient to do this at Safeway. Also thought it was funny that the ice cream freezer seemed to be strategically placed right outside the pharmacy. My son saw it as he was getting a shot and promptly requested an ice cream sandwich. Of course I obliged :) At the time of this review, the vaccine administering hours are: 9a-1230pm | 2-7pm

On the app for my medicine it said I was REQUIRED to pay before it even being mixed so I paid on the app, it told me it would be ready in 2 days. I called the pharmacy seeing if they could get it done earlier and they said unfortunately no and it would be ready when the app said. Paid on a Tuesday, got notification it was ready on Thursday (I was out of town so I came back in the following Tuesday) You would think a whole week goes by since you paid, it would be ready. No, I walk in and say I'm here to pick up. They said oh it looks like it's not been made yet. Can you come back in a few hours? I stated I drove 30 minutes just to come get this and you're telling me to come back in a couple of hours. I asked why it wasnt ready and what happened since I paid and I was there 6 days after it said "ready for pick up" and they said it must've been a system error. I told her I didn't have time to drive back and forth so if I wait how long until it's ready and I was told about an hour. So I waited in the store for a little over an hour. I didn't get any empathy from the staff, more so felt like they were annoyed, speaking to each other. I'm not sure what was said but it just felt horrible. I'm already there on the basis of battling medical stuff for years, I went out of my way to go there a week after paying just to be met with hostility and no understanding. Ultimately I got what I needed but it came with an hour wait and not kind staff and then told to have a seat because I was waiting at the counter and no one was even there.. their chairs are falling apart, why would I feel comfortable sitting there..
