On multiple occasions, there were issues with my father's prescription refills, and PJ consistently went above and beyond to make sure my dad received his medication on time. His dedication, kindness, and professionalism made a stressful situation so much easier for our family. I asked a female employee wearing glasses about a promotion on hair dye products. Her explanation completely contradicted the promotional information clearly displayed on the price tag. Due to the inconsistency, I decided not to purchase the product. At this point, she told me I needed to put the item back myself. Honestly, I thought I had misheard her, as I had never encountered this situation in any store before. Of course, I asked again, "Are you telling me to put it back myself?" She firmly replied, "Yes, because you're not buying it." This was the first time I've experienced something like this, and I found her attitude very rude and unprofessional. In my opinion, she is not suited for customer facing sales work. Ironically, her attitude was more like giving orders than providing customer service. In short, this experience left me with a very bad impression and severely impacted my shopping experience. I immediately went to a nearby Safeway , where the same product was not only cheaper but the service was also as attentive as always.

Another quick update for Target in San Ramon, CA. This trip consisted of me picking up an online…read moreorder. I came in the early evening to pick up my items. The pick up area is the left most entrance in case you were wondering where to park. It's also less crowded on this side of the parking lot. Someone was waiting there to do a pick up and I guess he was waiting for a while and luckily someone was putting away some items and we were able to grab them. I guess he was the only one there. But in no time, I got my items. Perhaps it might be nice to have a buzzer or notification for when people are waiting. Maybe there is already one there and the gentleman who was waiting didn't see it. Other than that, it was nice that this particular Target had the items I wanted as other locations were out. Also luckily, I'm here this week for work so it was convenient. Now is it always the best value? Depends on if there's a sale. But some items I've seen online and in other stores are always comparable. So I like to jump on Target Circle rewards when I can which is free to join which is lovely. When I'm in the area and need something from Target, it's definitely a good one to go to.

So if you're hungry and want to grab a quick bite like a pizza, pasta, or anything that is still on the menu, you can get it here. The selection of stuff to choose from is also really good and the value of what you pay for overall is overall decent. Least the tax is cheaper here compared to most of the other Targets' within the area. The biggest criticism I have with this Target though is the design of the store as it does feel a bit weird at times. But at least it's never too busy and its easy to get a parking space and leave.

Since I was trying Great Clips next door (who does specifically carry it but only had the new bottles) I dropped into this location as well. Luckily they did have a couple bottles in stock (yay!) and I was also able to pick up the items the doctor had recommended that morning for some of my ongoing jaw issues I've been having the last few months. I ended up speaking with the Pharmacy tech who was super helpful and kind and I left with all the things I needed. This is my first experience using Costco pharmacy in Danville. I had my prescription sent over…read moreyesterday after I confirm they had the medication. They set up a profile for me and told me to wait for a text saying the medication is ready. I called today to check on the status where I had the unfortunate experience of talking to one of their techs. She cut me off. I was trying to explain my situation to her demanding my date of birth. Once she found my profile, she asked if I wanted to refill the prescription. I tried to explain to her. I wasn't asking for a refill, but for the initial fulfillment of this prescription. She rudely informed me there's one box left, and I either wanted it or she could give it to somebody else. So she's now used my one refill instead of fulfilling the first prescription. I've always had a good experience at Danville Costco however, I will be moving this prescription as soon as I can.
