I came around 10:30am, was 4th person in line. I couldn't get a live person on the phone so had to come in to check on my son's prescription. I came here and thankfully they had it, but still need to process it. They told me 10 min. It is almost 11am, there is only two people at the counter. One doing flu shot. More people coming to the line. I am still waiting, very disappointed that this is turning into more than 30 min. If I wasn't in a hurry, I wouldn't mind. But I am on a time crunch. They need to staff up in the morning. Someone didn't show up for them this morning. Perhaps provide backup schedule person for staff. read more

One of the rudest people working at this location. Very very sad to see how they treat patients and have no patience and empathy to answer questions. When they can't answer a question they just put you on-hold forever. They will transfer you to other colleagues who have no idea and the cycle begins again. Not sure why this pharmacy is so service inadequate. I've been trying to refill my prescription now 5th day via appl and calling to neither with success. Today I'm finally hearing back but the response was "we will try to fill it" and she hung up on me. After a full day of waiting, no call. I just called again and I'm told they just received my order today so not today for a pickup .... what a circus act. Who can I complain to ????? If I would suffer from any medical trauma from these 5 days meds I'm not getting through, my family can sue this place. read more

Waited over 1 hour and on phone with CVS corporate another hour being cut off numerous times to buy a lousy simple nasal decongestant. Pharmacist just kept arguing with me that I had purchased within the last 30 days last time I did was 2 years ago and of course new scum and the new laws because of all the drug dealers I get treated like a criminal. They finally discovered that they double charged me and that's why it wasn't letting the sale go through the second time when it actually had gone through the first time total and competence total lack of respect total lack of customer service. I did finally leave with my package what a waste of time and effort. The female clerk/pharmacist (I dare not call her a lady) was so rude. It was 5 minutes to close when I got there, and when I lined up behind a customer being rung up, she started yelling and waving at me, telling me to leave and come back the next day. I said I needed the prescription badly for my husband, but she didn't care. What happened to customer service? I understand you're about to close, but I am not buying a sandwich or chips or some mundane item; I am picking up prescribed medication. Also, she claimed that all the machines would shut down at exactly closing, so they would not be able to ring me up. I did not budge. I needed the meds. Another person, a kind man, ended up helping me. So (1) it was still possible to get help, but she did not want to provide it, and (2) technically, 5 minutes to close is still 5 minutes you can help a customer already there. What I felt bad about was a young couple with a baby came after me, and the rude CVS pharmacist/clerk started shooing them away too. They asked so politely if there was any way they can get assistance but no, they were told to leave. As a mother, if my child was sick, you know how difficult that could be. The lack of empathy was appalling. I hope this review gets attention and that clerk/pharmacist gets some instructions on how to handle closing protocol and taking care of customers. read more

I've never seen such blatant racism before. This is our designated pharmacy with our primary care. This review is for one particular pharmacist/clerk. When my wife went to get her prescription filled today, they told my wife they didn't have a prescription for her. She ended up finding a copy of the prescription. When she tried to show the clerk, she was ignored so she went to the back of the line. When she finally got back to the front of the line they closed on her. Said they were clocking out in 5 minutes, too bad. She was the only one left. They talked to her in a condescending manner while everyone else was treated with kindness and respect. The clerk spent forever chatting away to all the other customers in line, but was short and dismissive with my wife. She blamed my wife for why they couldn't see the prescription in the system. My wife was the only one who didn't match the demographic of the clerk. She was very polite and friendly to the clerk the whole time. Normally I would boil it down to someone hating their job, but my wife was the only one who got this treatment, and it was so obvious. read more

Wait times for pharmacy tech always longer than the previous visit. The CVS App however is in fact a bright spot in reducing med mgmt & transaction cycle time. Corporate/ local promotion of the use of the app would help reduce transaction time. read more

How do they expect people to pick up medicines when their hours are 10-6 and one has to work!

Probably the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had, not just once. First of all privacy is an issue here. On multiple occasions they have said the name of the medication I was picking up, which at least should not be said in a way that people behind you can hear. Then the consultation is done in a way that again, other people in line can hear. Last month the pharmacist made me hang up the phone when I was picking up the medication due to privacy issue and said she won't give me the med unless I hang up the phone. Then continued to talk about my medication in the same voice and the side effects it might have. I looked back to watch the people in line and wondered how come it's ok for them to hear? ! Today I went to pick up my son's medication. I called before I went and their automated system said my prescription was ready to pick up. I go in, they say they are closing for lunch, they made me wait until they came back just to tell me they are out of stock for the most common medication but they have ordered it and I can come back tomorrow!! Great customer service. Asha the pharmacist, goes above and beyond to make sure my 93-year old mom's prescriptions are available and ready for pickup when you need them. She would go out of her way to help us out just to make sure if the prescriptions are covered under my mom's insurance. Very accomodating! Friendly staff too! Worse than all other pharmacies. The people working at the register are trained to sell you monthly plans charged on your credit card without you knowing it. Avoid all CVS and specially this one. All CVS operation managers are ill trained. read more

The CVS inside Target in SR location is the worst! No matter how many times I tell them not to they keep putting my RX on auto refill. And constantly calls me about putting my current RX as well as any future RX on some 3 month plan. I know they're trying to increase their commit spend but this is beyond ridiculous. And when I did need my RX, they told me my insurance didn't cover for diff reason each time. So when I contacted my ins, I'm told all is well and should've been able to get my RX. This has happened 3 times within 2 months. And the people that work there are so slow, and I don't mean just physically. It wasn't always like this. The past 5 years has shown nothing but steady decline. I'm switching to Walmart! read more
