I parked and walked inside, arriving around 12:28 p.m., where they were already pulling the metal security gates down. The same employee loudly said, "We're closed." When I pointed out that it was only 12:28 and they told me they closed at 12:30, she insisted it was "already after 12:30," even though it wasn't. I understand employees need lunch breaks, but closing early and then being rude and argumentative about it is unacceptable. If your posted lunch hours say 12:30, customers shouldn't be turned away before then. A little professionalism and courtesy would have gone a long way.

The only thing is that they don't fill your prescription until you pay for it . I called on day ahead to order the prescription and told the technician that I will be there the next morning . I was disappointed that my prescription was not ready when I arrived at the pharmacy at 11 am . They filled it right the way and my wait was less than 10 minutes . I did - Anthem digital card with my name, Member ID, and Group number. That's what Anthem issues now. They sat on it for 24 hours. Then texted me demanding BIN, PCN, RxGRP numbers that aren't on the digital card. All they had to do was call Anthem with my Member ID and get those numbers. One phone call. That's literally their job. Every Walgreens, CVS, and hospital pharmacy does this without thinking twice. But Apotheco can't be bothered. They want the customer to do their work for them. And when I told them to figure it out like every other pharmacy does, I got an automated text telling ME to call THEM M-F 9-5:30. As if I work for them. This place wants easy money without doing the bare minimum. They want prescriptions handed to them, customers to spoon-feed them insurance info, and collect the check. Zero effort. Zero professionalism. Over 20 years dealing with pharmacies - never seen one this lazy and arrogant. Still never got my medication. Stay far away.

I can shop at 6 AM and return home before anybody is awake. I have been to Walmart during the day and anytime that is later than the early morning is not my favorite time to go because of the other customers. Other than that this morning I was able to find the perfect hair bands that hold my super thick hair for a pretty good price there was Apple parking and none of the other customers were bothering me. A dirty floor that is never cleaned and bathrooms that always reeked of sewage too. Especially the bathroom right near the main entrance which always had a toilet that is out of order and never fixed. This Walmart used to have some good things though from the past from what I remember. Such as having a McDonald's that is now like other reviewers have mentioned, blocked off and empty with nothing in it's place. And then of course theres the pricing and the variety of products that only Walmart carries that most other popular retailers don't. It used to fun going to this Walmart years ago to look at the legos or more specifically the Bionicles when they were still being made and popular in the early 2000's. And it was almost always fun going to the McDonald's here to fill up on food or get an ice cream cone. In the end, I am still not a fan of Walmart and I doubt I ever will be as they all almost always have the exact same issues.

COVID vaccine rating…read more I took my 12-year-old child to Safeway to receive his Pfizer vaccine. No appointment needed but I did call ahead to ask how long the wait was. We only ended up waiting about 15 minutes. It was a very smooth experience. Like a well-oiled machine. You essentially fill out a form at the check-in window. Be sure to bring a passport or school ID for your child. The person who administered the vaccine was very professional and friendly. My son was a little nervous but she put him at ease. I'm so grateful for healthcare workers. Incredibly convenient to do this at Safeway. Also thought it was funny that the ice cream freezer seemed to be strategically placed right outside the pharmacy. My son saw it as he was getting a shot and promptly requested an ice cream sandwich. Of course I obliged :) At the time of this review, the vaccine administering hours are: 9a-1230pm | 2-7pm

I reached 5 mins before the pharmacy open hour and was the second person in line. Imagine people lining up before pharmacy opens. Was asked to self check in which was great. The system showed only 1 of the 3 medications on list and pharmacist said it will take an hour to process. Was told they don't have the other 2 medications prescribed by same doctor at same time! Since I was told it will take 30-60 minutes I went to check at another CVS location nearby to check if the medicines were at their place. It was not and when I returned I was told you have 2 medications ready. No clue about the third nor an acknowledgment that the order even exists with them. This was over an hour later than promised and medications still not ready. I drove back home only to receive a text that third medication is now ready! Frustrating but have no better options available so will have to live with this bad service!
