This CVS was exactly what I needed in a pinch and was perfectly situated next to my hotel. Their corporate scouts know exactly what they're doing. This location is deceivingly large. They have a second floor, complete with a staircase leading to their pharmacy, medical supplies, and more retail. I was all up in their toiletries section where I was able to score traveler's versions for the essentials I needed. Customer service seemed to be a little slow, but for the most part was good about helping myself and others find what we needed. The place seemed clean and parking looked limited to street side only.

They also have FedEx pickup but they don't print stuff for you so you have to have it all labeled and ready to go. Did not know that but GPS said that it was a FedEx location... Oh well. It looks like one lady was running the entire store by herself. I got my photo picked up by her and then she was also running the front cash register. Seems like they're understaffed, but she did her best and I hope no customers are giving her a hard time. Overall, a pretty good Walgreens - would come here if I need anything urgently!

The pharmacist did not ask a single question, made zero effort to contact my doctor, and outright refused to fill the prescription permanently. She stated she would never fill it. I have had two back surgeries (including a fusion) and hip surgery. My doctor has managed this regimen for years based on my actual medical history. This pharmacist decided she knows my pain needs better than the physician who has been treating me. It felt less like professional judgment and more like a power trip with zero empathy for a patient in genuine need. Other pharmacies have handled the exact same prescription without drama. This location's approach was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. I will never return and strongly recommend avoiding this pharmacist if you rely on ongoing pain management. This pharmacy has a yelp review of 2.2, certain a large factor is how it is run by HER. Highly recommend staying away from this location!
