I agree with the former reviewer that after reducing the pharmacy's hours and closing at 6:30 pm in the evening it makes it difficult for working people to pick up their meds. Up until a couple years ago they were open early in the mornings, on Sundays and until 8-8:30 pm. If Raley's management would once more reevaluate this store, they'd find a high volume pharmacy with very loyal customers who could benefit significantly if Raleys were to go back to less restricted hours. They need to give customers better access with more available hours to pick up medications before or after work. I'm a long time Raleys pharmacy customer (20+ Yrs) and I love this staff, but the management needs to take this seriously because I'm sure you have lost many customers because of these restrictive hours. It is located near Hopyard Road in the city of Pleasanton inside an open space plaza with restaurants and offices . Parking is convenient. The only thing is that they don't fill your prescription until you pay for it . I called on day ahead to order the prescription and told the technician that I will be there the next morning . I was disappointed that my prescription was not ready when I arrived at the pharmacy at 11 am . They filled it right the way and my wait was less than 10 minutes . I appreciate the lady pharmacist came to explain to me about the side effect and the right method to use the medication. She is very professional and good manner . Love to come back for future medications .

no option for 0 star…read more Lazy, entitled, and completely unprofessional. My dermatologist sent a prescription here. They emailed me to upload my insurance card. I did - Anthem digital card with my name, Member ID, and Group number. That's what Anthem issues now. They sat on it for 24 hours. Then texted me demanding BIN, PCN, RxGRP numbers that aren't on the digital card. All they had to do was call Anthem with my Member ID and get those numbers. One phone call. That's literally their job. Every Walgreens, CVS, and hospital pharmacy does this without thinking twice. But Apotheco can't be bothered. They want the customer to do their work for them. And when I told them to figure it out like every other pharmacy does, I got an automated text telling ME to call THEM M-F 9-5:30. As if I work for them. This place wants easy money without doing the bare minimum. They want prescriptions handed to them, customers to spoon-feed them insurance info, and collect the check. Zero effort. Zero professionalism. Over 20 years dealing with pharmacies - never seen one this lazy and arrogant. Still never got my medication. Stay far away.

I needed some prints of images I had on my phone and I was stopped having lunch in Dublin nearby, so I figured I'd have my pictures printed while I have lunch. Basically, all you have to do is upload your images from either your computer or phone to the Walmart store location site, select the size you need. They even print stuff up to 8 x 10, but all I wanted were the standard 4 X 5 size. Those prints were just 16 cents each, that's a deal these days! Plus, the prints are ready to pick up in just 1 hour! I never used this service before so I was curious as to how well it would work out. I went into the store after lunch and wandered my way back to the photo and electronics section. There just happen to be an employee at the station. I've read other reviews, that had trouble even finding just someone there to help out. I guess I was lucky! They found my order and just handed them to me in a blue Walmart photo envelope. You pay online when you place your order. I opened the envelope and looked at the pictures. Wow, perfect prints on matte paper. Color balance and brightness were exact match to my digital pics. I just needed some prints to give to a friend that has no way to view digital pictures. Yeah, they're car pics! I really like this photo service, I'd use it again!

This Walmart like all the others had the same issues that never seemed to be resolved no matter how many years have passed. A smelly and filthy parking lot that always reeked of sewage and trash. Poor customer service from employees which is not a shocker as that is a common trend at Walmart. Always messy and dirty aisles that are clobbered with trash and products out of place. A dirty floor that is never cleaned and bathrooms that always reeked of sewage too. Especially the bathroom right near the main entrance which always had a toilet that is out of order and never fixed. This Walmart used to have some good things though from the past from what I remember. Such as having a McDonald's that is now like other reviewers have mentioned, blocked off and empty with nothing in it's place. And then of course theres the pricing and the variety of products that only Walmart carries that most other popular retailers don't. It used to fun going to this Walmart years ago to look at the legos or more specifically the Bionicles when they were still being made and popular in the early 2000's. And it was almost always fun going to the McDonald's here to fill up on food or get an ice cream cone. In the end, I am still not a fan of Walmart and I doubt I ever will be as they all almost always have the exact same issues.

COVID vaccine rating…read more I took my 12-year-old child to Safeway to receive his Pfizer vaccine. No appointment needed but I did call ahead to ask how long the wait was. We only ended up waiting about 15 minutes. It was a very smooth experience. Like a well-oiled machine. You essentially fill out a form at the check-in window. Be sure to bring a passport or school ID for your child. The person who administered the vaccine was very professional and friendly. My son was a little nervous but she put him at ease. I'm so grateful for healthcare workers. Incredibly convenient to do this at Safeway. Also thought it was funny that the ice cream freezer seemed to be strategically placed right outside the pharmacy. My son saw it as he was getting a shot and promptly requested an ice cream sandwich. Of course I obliged :) At the time of this review, the vaccine administering hours are: 9a-1230pm | 2-7pm
