Same complaint as other people. CVS AI message/greeting system is a complete disgrace. I call to get my dog Arnold's prescription refilled. Arnold's date of birth is unknown. I waste my time by giving my DOB. only because there is no option to give info about Arnold or the purpose of my call. CVS system says I have no refills. No way to contact pharmacy for Arnold's refill. I am a very busy person. I detest having to spend 15 to 20 minutes every time to refill Arnold's prescription when it should be 2 minutes max. I have notified the pharmacy numerous times over the last 8 months. Nothing done. CVS should be ashamed of itself. read more

The blond kid working on May 4 2024 was a comedian. He made me laugh and was friendly. I didn't have any store-related questions for him, but I saw he was helpful with other customers who did ask. Is he new? He was pretty cheerful and upbeat, which made for a much more pleasant experience at this location. I found the vitamins I needed (and snacks that I didn't). Pricing on those items were fair and about what I expected to pay. I used self checkout and even split payment (cash/card) and that was easy to do. The snacks I come to CVS for are specifically their dried mango. If I don't wanna battle with supermarket crowds, I just buy 'em here. They taste a lot more natural and less sugary than the Walgreens brand. read more

AI doesn't work when you call in for a refill.No other way of contacting the pharmacy to refill or check status of your refills.Al didn't fill my prescription or give me a pick up date when I attempted to use it.I was told the only way to refill was to go into cvs personality.The guy and the girl both at the counter could have cared less that the system didn't work.Told me to call there tech support. read more

This pharmacy is so unstable. They're almost always closed. I've tried coming in an hour after they should be open, afternoon and evening on different days and they're always closed. The past week, I've tried to pick up my prescription with no luck. I even tried calling to ask if they can just transfer my prescription to another location, but when I went to the other location the next day, I was informed that the transfer was still pending on their end. I now just have my presumptions delivered. Please don't waste your time trying to physically pick up at this location and pay for delivery instead. read more

Waited 40 mins for the pharmacist to not show up at ALL. Pharmacy remained closed. Contacted the target manager. Took this to CVS corporate. Target said this has been an ongoing issue, where the pharmacist wont show up... i take antidepressants, i cannot go without them for long. I rely on a place like CVS for my meds and they do stuff like this? I am not the only one who takes meds that they depend on. CVS get it together. Hire someone else. I'm a nurse. I get it. The pandemic has us all burnt out. But to not show up at all? Negligence at its finest. People rely on medications. This is straight up patient negligence. This is the CVS location inside the Target on 16th St. and Camelback. It doesn't have a drive thru nor does it do anything photo related. The two reviews here must be for the CVS across the street. Regarding this CVS, I have had nothing but positive experiences here. I did have a dispute but it was taken care of quickly and completely. Terrible customer service. I had photo enlargements made and website said to pay in store. When I arrived to pick up the manager said I couldn't receive the promo and needed to pay online. I showed him that the website said to pay in store and instead of overriding in store after seeing the promo code and website he just told me to go home and try again. No thanks.. Came in well within their business hours only to discover that the pharmacy was closed. Talked to a Target employee who informed me they do this all the time... close down the location for lunch and never return for the rest of the day. The Target employee said she changed pharmacy locations herself bc they are so unreliable. Pretty remarkable. Pharmacist(s) look like they are taking advantage of the location being inside of a Target. This state never ceases to amaze me since moving here. read more

My fiancé waited in line for almost an hour and asked to pay and have me pick up due to her needing to do an exam just after getting off of work and listed me as a pick up and could pick up anytime. Came in to be greeted by a guy in a red vest that promptly told me they were closed, I did not realize that, told them that my fiancé needed it and he let me go pick up with a huff, came up to a lady that was very direct and let her know that my fiancé paid and that I need to pick up, told her two of the birth dates that I remember (not really used to remembering or picking up a prescription for another person) she promptly started to log out and walk away. This blonde lady came up and saw me standing there as the lady is saying bye to everyone getting ready to walk out and asked her what was going on, she goes to explain and says that's not right. The one that helped me originally starts to defend her self in which I walk away at that point. There was another lady that picked up before me and as I'm walking out she's frantically telling another worker that they gave her the wrong prescription for her husband and he needed it and the guy was pretty much trying to push her out!!! This place is a joke now! It's understaffed, the people there are overworked and probably pissed which I don't blame them but when it comes to prescriptions that's pathetic. They are rude to other staff and talk about them in front of customers like they are better. read more

This cvs location has been such a pain if I could rate 0 I would. I've went multiple times in the last week to get my prescriptions WELL within their hours of operation that were even posted in the store and they were closed. There was even a guy that had an appointment at 5 pm and he was waiting there and nobody came to help him or open up. I asked them target employees and they said they have been terrible about communication and just leave early and don't tell anyone and don't even leave a note when they will be back or anything. It's not policy to have people REMOVE their masks in the middle of the pandemic to ID them - it's also NOT POLICY to ask people their address on their ID when they've already confirmed their identity. After dealing with about 3 other locations that employed less than incompetent pharmacists, this location is a step up. The wait is extremely short. My only qualm would be how tiny the space is in front of the counter, for waiting.. it blocks people who are actually shopping and blocks you if someone's shopping and you're wanting to wait. Not the biggest deal though and I'd still recommend this location over any others I've dealt with. read more

I went to drop off my prescription yesterday evening and was greeted with a man with an attitude. He told me I could pull around to the end of the line and the script would be ready then. I asked if I could come back in an hour to pick up my prescription because I had to get a few groceries and he said sure. When I returned an hour later their pharmacy was closed. It is now the following day, Labor Day, and the pharmacy is still closed. Someone with that lack of empathy and customer service should NOT be the one speaking directly to sick patients regarding their medication. I am a pregnant women and am experience a Urinary Track Infection...if this goes to my kidneys because it is going longer then necessary to be treated that poses a huge danger to myself and my baby. I hope this gets directly back to the man working the drove through and his manager. All he had to say was we will be closed in an hour and I happily would have waited. Unbelievable read more
