I think they don't answer on purpose. How can I have one caller ahead of me for 45 minutes!? Turnover of techs seems like it is bi-weekly. No follow through when they say they will do something like calling a doctor to check on status. If Walgreens corporate actually cared about their patients, they would take this Novi location and took a real close look at the lack of work going on. Most of the employees seem irritated with their job. I honestly can't say enough bad things about this location.

I had to go back and get this corrected and my insurance called to berate me for not "taking my medicine as prescribed" so I had to call them and get their wrong impression straightened out. I have a top notch medical team at Michigan Medicine who has always been on top of ALL the vaccinations I need and they do not need to be second guessed by CVS pharmacy.
