I've always had a great experience here because the staff goes out of their way to make real small talk and smile when I swing in to grab whatever items I need. Felt compelled to write a review this time though because I stood in line behind a lady who was being unreasonable and yelling at the cashier. She was adamantly calling him a jerk and irritating the rest of us by holding up the line over an issue that was clearly not his fault. The cashier handled the situation professionally despite the circumstances until the manager came over. Witnessing that, combined with all of my past experiences compelled me to write the positive review. Keep up the great work. read more

This CVS location needs to focus on what the customer is shopping for and NOT on pushing various vaccinations and other medical procedures they think you need. I have a top notch medical team at Michigan Medicine who has always been on top of ALL the vaccinations I need and they do not need to be second guessed by CVS pharmacy. CVS, you do not have the full medical picture of me like Michigan Medicine does so you are NOT in a position to evaluate if I am up to date on vaccinations. So in the future please back off and let me simply pick up my prescriptions which have been ordered by Michigan Medicine and spare me your opinion on the matter of my vaccination status as you are in no position to make an evaluation. And a receipt for my purchases would be nice in case I need to return something. read more

Prescriptions ready, asked to answer any questions. Went at 1 and they weren't busy. Walking past the clinic area it was clean. It's a shame items have to be locked up, but the staff is prompt in helping you out. Customers still distance themselves when in line. Plenty of parking there, and convenient window pickup outside for us not wanting to get out of the car. The staff is nice, we love Mary in the pharmacy, she's like a friend to all calling people by name, answering questions. She's great. read more

If I could give zero stars I would - I have had nothing but issues with this pharmacy since I moved here six months ago. Keep in mind I've been getting this same prescription for 20 years like clockwork - I used to fill it at Meijer Pharmacy in Dewitt Michigan near Lansing that ever since I moved to Northville six months ago it's been nothing but a problem. The pharmacy takes forever to get a hold of when you call and usually you have to leave a voicemail and wait another hour for them to even call you back. But what's worse is that they flat out lie to me just to get me off the phone because they don't feel like filling my prescription or perhaps they don't want to give me the last of what's on the shelf, I'm not sure what the actual reason is, but like I said, I've been getting this prescription for 20 years with no problem and every time I have to fill it here I get the runaround for three or four days until I put my Karen hat on and go in there and have to damn near hold up the pharmacy! It's CRAZY - like I've already done all of the footwork, they're not the doctor, I don't know why they think they can decide who gets their scripts and when / particularly because this specific medication I take is a dependent medication meaning when I don't have it for four or five days because they refused to fill it even though I'm filling it when it's due, I go into severe withdrawal. I can't go to work, I can't take care of any daily life stuff, aside from the fact that withdrawal is just extremely uncomfortable. Absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used. I've lived in multiple states and have never encountered the incompetence that this pharmacy consistently demonstrates. I pulled up to the pharmacy before they were scheduled to close for lunch and they wouldn't help me, they just all stood around and looked at me like I did something wrong. When I returned to pick up the prescription they charged me retail prices, not even bothering to check insurance, which resulted in me having to go in, refund the purchase and then wait an additional 15-20 minutes for the prescription. The entire staff is rude, unhelpful and surly. I'll be transferring my prescriptions from here. read more

I came to this location for a Minute Clinic appointment. The check in process is easy via a computer. As I wrapped that up, I turned around to take a seat but was called to an exam room right away. I found the medical assistant to be kind and thorough. I wish my medical doctors were as efficient as this clinic and that is why I come here for any minor illness or injury. read more

WORST PHARMACY EVER! Grew up in Northville. Have lived in multiple other states in the US and every other cvs pharmacy is fine and easy to get in and out. But every time I visit family and have to pick up a prescription it's pure hell. My dad who is an ER Physician, can't stand the employees there and refuses to send any of his scripts there and tells his hospital group of physicians to avoid sending scripts there if you can. Rude and yell over you as you try to explain what you are picking up. Toddler behavior. Suggest driving a little bit farther to a Walgreens. Better service and you end up getting what you need without being treated like an idiot for asking a pharmacist a question. (Which is a part of their job). Feels like whoever is in charge there, lets their employees take out their frustrations out on their customers. Unchecked adult behavior. read more

This branch of CVS has failed me again. Talk to the actual pharmacist on staff. Do not attempt to gain information from the pharmacy staff workers. They give incorrect information and the pharmacist will contradict them. Be mindful, this branch has a ton of 'stand-in' pharmacists, who are absolutely disrespectful. This CVS pharmacy has always been well stocked for me! It's the closest to my house and has been reliable in prescription drop off and pick up. When I've dropped off a prescription in the past, it's taken a little longer for them to fill it. However, I haven't had any negative experience here, and the drive thru is fast to go through and convenient. read more

Ever since Larry and Jeff left this store as managers this store has gone downhill fast. The customer service is now horrible and new employees are clueless. I waited over 3 minutes before Jana came to ring me up. I had to repeat myself to her 4 times that I had a photo order to pick up. She was just standing there like I was speaking another language. The gentleman who came in after me had a photo CD to pickup and they didn't even have it. Jana actually told the guy "Are you sure you had it done at this store?" Looks like it is back to the 6 Mile and Haggerty store for me until this store gets themselves back in order. read more

Having continued going to this CVS for the past year, I have finally decided I will not return to this location. I had a COVID rapid test scheduled for 9:15 am, and after waiting in the pick up spot with two other cars until 9:45 am, I called and spoke to the pharmacy to confirm I was following the right steps. The pharmacist confirmed that they were running a bit behind and that they would call me before the test began. At 10:00am, many other cars had also arrived for their later appointments, and not a single person had been tested. Around 10:15 am, I received a text saying my appointment was cancelled, as did the others who were waiting. I am not sure if this service is provided by a third party, but I am disappointed that I waited an hour and wish the pharmacist would have explained what was going on. My general experience has not improved at all, and I still have countless issues with the pharmacy and their staff. This location may be alright if you need to pick up an item or two, but the registers are usually unstaffed or have a huge line for one cashier, so you may have to wait a bit. read more

I have to use this location for my pharmacy and so far I don't have any complaints. In fact, I like the staff back there, but our transactions are not that difficult. Just give name, birthdate and have them swipe my cvs card. Done. Thank you. Now, the seventh circle of hell is up at the front cash registers. I try to avoid going there if possible, because the service is atrocious and for whatever reason, I don't know, there is always the loooooongest line. And 9 times out of 10 there is only one cashier. Grant it sometimes the customers hold up the transaction time, usually fishing around their massive bag for an expired coupon, but more often than not it looks like the cashier taking their sweet time. I wish they'd just page for extra help. Also, can someone tell me why they NEVER have bagged ice?! That freezer is always empty. Well, that's my two cents worth on this CVS. Giving it 2 stars for the Minute Clinic. I tried a couple of times to be seen, each time the wait ended up being an hour and a half. The last time I made an appointment but was still waiting an hour past the reserved time and just left . I'm not sure what's going on there but maybe they need another practitioner. It isn't an emergency room so there should not be ER wait times. read more

We use this location for our pharmacy and the staff is friendly. Waits for prescriptions can often be a little long. We have also used the Minute Clinic several times and have been very satisfied with the care. Friendly and knowledgeable practitioners. Wait times for us average about 20 minutes. read more

Dropped off my script at 12:00pm the other day. It's a controlled substance and often not in stock, especially at CVS's based on my experiences. When the woman asked if I've had scripts filled there before I told her exactly that. "Yes, but not so much anymore because this medicine is normally not in stock." She does some clicking around and then says that I can wait if I want to, but "it's going to take a long time, not going to lie." It was in fact very busy in there. I told her I would come back, but I asked again, "Those pills are in stock then?" And she said yes. I didn't mind the fact that the wait was going to be long- I was just thrilled she confirmed twice that they had the pills in stock! I come back 2 and a half hours later. Guy working can't find anything under my name in their system. He asks me if it's called in. "No, I dropped it off 2 hours ago." He goes and talks to the same lady I dropped it off with. Then he says "we haven't gotten to it yet. Want to wait a couple of minutes and we will fill it?" I say okay, and I'm annoyed at this point. I wait another 5 minutes before my name is called. This woman says she doesn't have enough of these pills and she will have to order them, and they'll be available maybe in two days. She couldn't/wouldn't give me any partial fulfillment of my pills- which is fine... What is NOT fine- is that I asked TWICE when I dropped them off if they had the pills in stock and I was told they did. I took my script back from them and got it filled at a different chain of pharmacies because I can't stand CVS Pharmacies any more. read more
