This location normally has a really long line in both the pharmacy and the front. They are always stocked with what I need which is great. This location is a bit smaller than some of the others I've been and unfortunately the customer service is hit or miss. I've had super friendly cashiers that greet me with a smile or I have a cashier that doesn't say a word even after I say "how are you?" Horrible ! Stay away from this CVS. My doctor sent over a prescription and my usual CVS closed early so I came to get a transfer and the pharmacist said she couldn't help me because they had already started processing it. She told me to call the dr and tell her to redo it, or go to urgent care! She also said do you know we are in a pandemic? Figure it out ! I could not believe my ears honestly! Came into the store to pick up a small snack and some water. The store was very clean and there was only one employee from which could be seen behind the register. I went to the back and was able to grab myself some Pringles, Will Smith's water "just water", and some beef jerky. Everyone wore their mask,And the store was practically empty in terms of customers.The employee was swift and polite. First time in the store and had no complaints. read more

I wish I could give this location ZERO stars. The pharmacy is run by incompetent, lazy, unprofessional individuals. They should be embarrassed by their inability to provide even remotely efficient service. Prescriptions are never ready on time, it is over priced (check competing pharmacies) and they say they will order medications and then don't. I needed a prescription for my daughter and the order was called in two weeks in advance. They never ordered it and then said it would take a week. I will never, ever shop at any CVS. read more

horrible been at weyman ave cvs almost 20 years this year is terrible 3 scripts last week was to be ready & went there not ready say out of stock on my heart meds. now this week my doc called in tues now sat nothing still process. call them on hold 40 min call back another 40min i finally called cvs fri corporate offfice & filled complaint they couldnt even get them on the phone ! going today to see if i can get my script my doc called in on tuesday. i am thinking to leave cvs & find a different pharmacy. pretty sad read more

he worse level of incompetence I have ever experienced. The pharmacist doesn't know how to process a prescription unless the computer tells her how to. Their system had a glitch and instead of resorting to a manual process that is in existence. I stand there for 1 hour while a person on a phone tells her how to do it. People. I've been using cvs for my percriptions for years now. Walk up to the pharmacy and they know me by name. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Sometimes there is a wait but it's never very long. read more

I went into CVS Pharmacy at 16 Weyman Avenue, New Rochelle, on Monday 2/13/17 and found that they had children's toys on sale for 50% off. I always buy for "Toys for Tots" and other organization for Christmas. I am not rich but I am a good shopper. Getting these toys at at least 50% allowed me to buy a lot of toys. I spent over $40.00 on Monday. I went back again on Tuesday 2/14/17 to pick up some more toys (couldn't fit any more in my cart they day before). I had a lot more than the prior day. I went up to the counter and Christopher was helping me out but then another woman with long dark hair took over when I was questioning the prices. Some things were not coming out 50% off. I found her to be rude and abrupt. Telling me to put the stuff on the counter which was over crowded already. She kept telling me to keep putting them on the counter. Some toys she told me were not on sale. I explained that I had gotten them from the 50% off area and she said they were in the wrong spot. She did give me 50% off the walkie talkies since there were several displayed in the 50% area but others she said were summer items not on sale? There was nothing differentiating the area. I walked away with a bad taste in my mouth after that experience. On Wednesday, I went back to buy more toys. One of the men behind the counter stated "You're buying out all our toys" As I said previously -buying for Toys for Tots. I would think the reason that you have these items on sale is because you're trying to get rid of them so you can put out your summer items. Anyway, as I approached the counter I said I just want to make sure I get my walkie talkies at 50% off again. A woman with long black hair spoon feeding a child at the photo area says "I was the one that helped you and I gave you 50% off yesterday"(with an attitude). I said said I just want to make sure I get the 50% off again. I then pointed out that the toy that I tried to purchase yesterday was back on the shelf with the 50% off. Her response was "we got kids running around here all the time and they put it back in the wrong place". (again with an attitude). They were on the second shelf that I don't think "kids" could reach. The area looked as if someone had cleaned it up. I said there were two and they were displayed right in the middle of 50% off section. Her response "they belong at the end of the isle - why don't you put them where they belong"!! Now if that's not rude, I don't know what is. When I came up to her and asked her her name, she said "Is there a problem?" Yes, with your attitude. Her response "I don't have to give you any information - I am a customer today... I am not working today." She wasn't working but she was butting into my conversation with someone who was. I said that you were rude to me yesterday too., so can I have your name? Her response was "It's on your receipt from yesterday". This was the second time I had come back to the office upset over the way I had been treated. When I told them my story, they couldn't believe it. When I went to look at my receipt, of course her name was not on it because Christopher had started checking me out on his register but she took over... I guess she knew that. I spent over $160.00 between the 3 days... I don't think I should have been treated that way and I believe she should be disciplined. As I do not know her name since she wouldn't give it to me, I hope the Manager/Owner of this store reads this and does something about it. read more
