Was Picking up 3 Rxs last night at this very busy CVS Pharmacy. Many other customers doing same. The pharmacists went out of their way to fill all orders for those waiting and lessened the wait time all while being efficient and polite. That's why I have chosen this CVS location "my store." read more

CVS New Rochelle rarely has medications in stock. And they never can give you a timeline or date when the medications are going to be available. The pharmacy personnel always suggest I go to another pharmacy. So much for customer service. read more

Wish I could give it a zero. I receive texts saying medications are ready for pickup, but then have to wait for 30 minutes (45 minutes yesterday) while they label the box. The drive-through window never seems to be open. I've never had a straightforward medication pickup from this CVS. It's always some issue. Also, you can't speak to a pharmacy staff member when you call; you have to leave a message and they call you back. read more

I want to like this pharmacy and have gone many times hoping that the processes and service will improve, but everything seems to be a challenge. Here's one example: If you walk in to get a flu shot, there seems to always be a wait. If you make an appointment online, the system will randomly send you a cancellation notice. If you try to inquire in store why such a notice gets sent, the person at the pharmacy counter raises her hands and says "I have nothing to do with that" and I want nothing to do with them. I am making the longer drive to Larchmont Pharmacy now. They are efficient and friendly-- two qualities that are much harder to find at the CVS on Main. read more

We get all our pharmaceuticals from this CVS. There open 24/7 even on holidays which is a huge plus . If You need something at 1:00 AM there open for you. The store is extremely big, it's well signed so you don't get confused looking for stuff . The sales clerks are very helpful. And they have a bathroom which helps if you need to go lol . read more

I used this pharmacy for over a year and ran into a lot of issues filling and refilling prescriptions. They would never auto refill and they would never text or call when my stuff was ready. I have gone in there many times when my prescriptions we're supposedly ready and was told no one actually filled it. The one thing is they were usually nice and personable. All other aspects of the CVS was good but the pharmacy could use some work. read more

I was followed by multiple workers (black men) just now as I shopped the cleaning aisle. As a 40 yr old black man I know the drill. First someone asks if you need help, then they pretend to take inventory, fix up the shelves, then others converge, even the dude at the register. Really...the workers have been conditioned to believe all black ppl are thieves by those who underpay and undervalue them. Shameful to say the least. read more

before heading to the local sports bar in new rochelle to watch some nfl football had some time to waste and cvs in new rochelle is where i will waste some. fairly large cvs with the typical cvs stuff and unlike nyc cvs stores they do have the weekly sales flyers available to see whats on sale. when i can get a box of cereal for under 2 bucks you know its coming home with me (3 boxes to be exact ) and and yes i need more liquid detergent cause my cleaning lady expects it when doing my laundry. 2 liter sodas are buy i get 1 free and i think a few movie theater box candies would be ok as well. i spent so much time cruising each aisle i wont have time to grab a few trashy mags and sit by the pharmacy section to get my important info on the disgusting kardasian family . giving the cvs staff mucho credit for keeping the place well stocked, organized and clean . my total came to 38 bucks and now its time to go watch some football, yep ,as seen on tv section in the back got me good , the hair trimmer is a real piece of junk. read more

This CVS is usually my go to place being thats its well stocked and is 24 hrs . Beside the night i went , the staff is ALWAYS friendly and ready to assist . On October 25th I walked in to make a purchase . I happen to be using coupons but hey who doesnt now a days and i actually love cvs for that reason . Anyway , the employee was very attentive and kept apologizing for the system error due to my coupons . When he asked for the Manager whos name is GREG , the manager actually seemed annoyed and during the multiple times he was asked to overide the system seemed even more annoyed as if simply scanning his card was such a hassle to a customer . This managers attitude did not make me want to come back to this Cvs in paricular especially when he mentioned cvs has a limit on coupons and that a new system would come out in November which would limit a certain amount in a $20 transaction . He said cvs has to do this or else people "like me " would be using all their coupons for purchases . But wait my question is ; is that not the purpose of a coupon ?? Any i went to the 24 hr cvs in mount vernon and verified that is not true and the staff there has always been very friendly . The last thing i was completely turned off by was the fact that he told me not to come back on a Saturday night but any other night and i will assume because thats when he is there . I found that to be the rudest comment and will not be shopping at CVS 24hrs in new rochelle for a very long time . read more
