They were supposed to deliver it and because they couldn't reach me in person for a six dollar copayment. (my prescription benefit was paying for The Bulk of the cost.), they failed to deliver the medicine this afternoon and now I am really sick. Also, they asked me for my phone number to verify it when I called, but they called my daughter instead who lives in another state to say that they couldn't process the payment. Really? They verified who I was my personal information including phone number and they verified my pharmacy information to make sure that I had it and they quoted me the six dollar copayment and they promised that they would deliver this today. I that I couldn't get over there. I told I had a UTI and I even told them I was leaving an envelope for the delivery taped to the door because I had to work. So after having an account there for years and always paying copayments and having a pharmacy insurance coverage that they verified, for $6 I couldn't get an antibiotic for a bad UTI, when they are being paid for the prescription through insurance.? why confirm my information when they don't call me for personally? why not call my daughter for the six dollars when they can't reach me? Instead, I am left hanging tonight. The worst part is I have some kind of a credit there that I always see on my receipt. Why not use the credit which I can never figure out how to use anyway?

Then Christina didn't allow them to because she said I lived "too far" and it was policy since they needed to save adderall for people in the area. And then she said they didn't have any after 3 people have already said they had it in stock.... She definitely was lying to me and treating me so rudely. This store is always quiet, less crowded, and offers everything that a drug store should car. It's a great alternative. I love the face to face interactions in this location. They could improve on a few of the staffs customers service skills when interacting with customers. After all the cashier is the last interaction with the customer and a determining factor to whether said customer will return to that store. The do have a private parking lot offering ample parking without congestion.

After that, I stood in line for 5 minutes, only to wait another 15 minutes at the cashier just to get assistance. This isn't the first time something like this has happened. I understand staff may be busy, but this location clearly needs more help in the afternoons. I know my voice alone might not make a difference, but I truly hope CVS considers hiring more people to support the team there. Several times medications for delivery were not delivered after a few days and I had to pick them up myself. 2. On other occasions, medications were not ready when I came to pick them up, hours after the prescription was sent in -- wasted trips. 3. Several times a mixup occurred when a prescription was called in and Trotta's claimed not to have received it -- wasted trips again. 4. THE WORST: I came to pick up medication for a colonoscopy that had been ordered many days before and was told it hadn't been ordered yet because they needed to know whether we would be responsible for the copay. No one called to ask us; they just waited for someone to come in and waste a trip. Furthermore, if we had come in for the meds the day before the colonoscopy we wouldn't have had them on time and would have had to cancel the procedure! This is inexcusable!
