Usually don't write reviews, but I feel this needs to be said. I stopped by this CVS 30 minutes before work just to pick up one item--and the experience was frustrating. I had to wait about 8 minutes just for someone to show up and unlock the area I needed. After that, I stood in line for 5 minutes, only to wait another 15 minutes at the cashier just to get assistance. This isn't the first time something like this has happened. I understand staff may be busy, but this location clearly needs more help in the afternoons. I know my voice alone might not make a difference, but I truly hope CVS considers hiring more people to support the team there. To other shoppers: unless you have plenty of time, try to go early--or on a day when you're not in a rush. You'll probably end up waiting. read more

This CVS is one of the smaller locations I've been to. Unfortunately they did not have what I needed so I had to go to a different one near by. I was disappointed with not only the bare shelves but also the service. I don't like to write negative reviews but the cashier wasn't friendly at all. There were no signs informing customers where to stand and she was yelling "FORM THE LINE IN ISLE 6" and gesturing with her hands for us to move. She said it in a nasty tone and didn't even use the word "please". Added an extra star because what I like about this location is there is a very spacious parking lot which is great. read more

I dread having to come to this place. The pharmacy staff are the rudest people you'll ever meet. Every time I go in I have to try my best to kill them with kindness because the amount of just pure disrespectful tone is horrible. For example, today I went to pick up my prescription and the staff chose to ignore me while I patiently waited 25 minutes until they decided to acknowledge me and state "Oh, it's been ready." I'm never the one to say anything though so I still graciously thanked them. It really made me think what happened to customer service? It's nonexistent here. I'd recommend going to a different pharmacy if you can. read more

Staff is beyond disrespectful. Came to return some items for store credit (I was literally told I was allowed to do this) and as soon as I checked the man up front (young man with glasses) gave me insane attitude and started literally huffing and puffing? Kept sighing and rolled his eyes and looked immediately annoyed? I don't understand. At all. I had never even been to that cvs before. Beyond inappropriate and just flat out rude. Old lady has a bad attitude when I asked her if I could scan gift card at the self checkout she directed me there then yelled at me that I couldn't scan it there after I asked her twice. Very rude old lady. read more

Pharmacy is rude and unprofessional. They lack any basic customer service training. The manager is lazy and can be seen taking one of his many smoke breaks outside of the building, instead of listening to customers concerns. Switch pharmacy's and I avoid this cvs like the plague. read more

I come here for all my fast purchases , like toilet paper , baby formula , greeting cards . I normally like this store a lot the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the workers are some times not very helpful . When your looking for something, if you find someone who works there they normally don't know where what your looking for is and have you go on a wild goose chase to find someoone who does . read more

Slow, rude, and careless. 2 times out of 3 they didn't have the prescription their system texted me was ready for pickup. Rarely have I seen such a display of utter neglect and carelessness, leading to an overall level of service that would not be acceptable in a developing country read more

while visting new rochelle i notice a large space cvs and i am sure i can find a few useful things to pick up. plenty of aisles, well stocked shelves and i see the christmas theme on display all over the place. i got 10 minutes to spare and i see that my basket is half filled with stuff that is considered junk food but i also have vitamin c gummies and melatonin capsules so it evens out a bit. i spent about 45 bucks and with my cvs card my receipt printout gives me 6 bucks off my next visit and a few dollars off on a bunch of items i dont think i need unless i decide to wear makeup or start having monthly periods which will make me a medical miracle. cvs in new rochelle was 10 minutes of time well spent. read more

Staff here are exceptional. Never had a problem with their staff. Very friendly and helpful. However, on couple of occasions I came here to look for infant fever medication amongst other infant essentials and they were not stocked. I then had to go to the CVS on Main St to grab what I wanted. Other than that, no problems at all from this CVS. read more

Im new to the area and I'm a care giver. We had to run an errand and being new to the person I'm caring for. I am unaware of what they completely need. We headed down to CVS for their needs and I was asked to get a particular person's attention. Upon entering the facility. I was greeted by the personnel in the front. He seems to be okay. Looking around, the shelves were stocked and people were mingling. Although most if not all the staff looked as if the life in them, were dwindling. And the morale could not be any lower. But! I digress. My issue with this location is the rude person in the Pharmacy. Im not too sure if he has a head full of wax or has selective hearing. When calling out to him. To address what my concerns are. He blatantly ignored me. Even to the point his associates had to try and get his attention and still ignored them! Im not too sure if David in the pharmacy is use to feeling like a king. Since that day all I saw were women working with him. In the 20 minutes I was there. Being called back by the person I'm caring for. Who's partially def by the way. I sat down b/c part of MY JOB is to respond when spoken to. I hope this finds you David. Who works in the Pharmacy. And then from there we went on our way. Hopefully next time you can remember that your In customer service. And try to provide it for everyone! Not just the people who came your you! Don't mind the 3-Star rating. It's not a knock on this location, I just rarely shop here. However, the few times that I have, I found everything I was looking for which to me, easily give it a 4-5 star rating. Again, I don't shop here often, so it wouldn't be fair to say I'm a HUGE fan, or this is as good as it gets. read more

Staff is very friendly at this location, the store is clean and well-stocked. I went there immediately when they open this morning and the clerk that checked me out was super friendly and went out of her way to try to help me. I always find what I'm looking for and love that they keep the shelves so well-stocked. My negative with CVS in general is that if you don't have a CVS card you pay a higher price than everybody else. For that reason I avoid going there in less it is the only thing in town, and here I live out of town and it is the closest thing for some of my needs. read more

Beware! I went into the store to purchase a couple of things. Before leaving, I went across the street to grab a quick cup of coffee and within those five minutes, my car was booted and the rude employee on a power trip demanded that I pay $50 to remove the boot. When I showed him my receipt to prove that I was a customer, he said it did not matter because "I left the premises." CVS just lost another customer. read more

Great location! Walking distance from the building I live in. I frequent to this CVS & they always seem to have what I need. Prices always seem to be higher than Target or Walmart but hey the location is so great I don't mind spending a extra few $$ to avoid going all the way to the Bronx or Mount Vernon to go to Walmart. BTW not 24 hrs which sucks! read more
