Terrible! my family has been a customer for years. I changed credit cards due to fraud and needed a prescription for a UTI and fever. They were supposed to deliver it and because they couldn't reach me in person for a six dollar copayment. (my prescription benefit was paying for The Bulk of the cost.), they failed to deliver the medicine this afternoon and now I am really sick. Also, they asked me for my phone number to verify it when I called, but they called my daughter instead who lives in another state to say that they couldn't process the payment. Really? They verified who I was my personal information including phone number and they verified my pharmacy information to make sure that I had it and they quoted me the six dollar copayment and they promised that they would deliver this today. I that I couldn't get over there. I told I had a UTI and I even told them I was leaving an envelope for the delivery taped to the door because I had to work. So after having an account there for years and always paying copayments and having a pharmacy insurance coverage that they verified, for $6 I couldn't get an antibiotic for a bad UTI, when they are being paid for the prescription through insurance.? why confirm my information when they don't call me for personally? why not call my daughter for the six dollars when they can't reach me? Instead, I am left hanging tonight. The worst part is I have some kind of a credit there that I always see on my receipt. Why not use the credit which I can never figure out how to use anyway? read more

I had the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a pharmacy in my life specifically because of Christina- she was belittling and dismissive. I traveled from manhattan to get my ADHD meds filled after being told the day before my prescription would be ready. When I arrived I was told my script wasnt there, so I spent another HOUR trying to get a hold of my doctor to get it resent. After I finally got it resent , 2 people told me it would be filled and ready in 10 min. Then Christina didn't allow them to because she said I lived "too far" and it was policy since they needed to save adderall for people in the area. And then she said they didn't have any after 3 people have already said they had it in stock.... She definitely was lying to me and treating me so rudely. With the time and effort I put in to get there/ work with the people there I was honestly so speechless. She basically had a GTFO attitude and it definitely felt like she profiled me. I was extremely impressed with this pharmacy. The atmosphere, is pleasant. The workers are friendly and informative. I noticed the products on the shelves are high-end products that are difficult to find in other pharmacies. If you want to enjoy a one-stop location for all of your needed supplies, THIS IS THE PLACE!  The shelves are well stocked and clean. They provide many services including free delivery by very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Especially their delivery man, JOE. A bright, well organized store and pharmacy with a great selection of products. The prices are better than other places. The staff is friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile. The store is well stocked with greeting cards, toys, skin care items and many other useful items. The majority of the staff are wonderful helpful kind and very polite except for the one elderly grey haired man in the pharmacy. He is the definition of rude unprofessional and downright lacking in any customer service skills. If i see him there i cringe because he will smirk be confrontational and just not polite. A major downgrade to the store, the area and the world. He needs to just stock shelves and not deal with customers. We are so lucky to have this wonderful pharmacy in our community! It has long been my go to pharmacy, but I rely on their services even more so now because of COVID. I have a compromised immune system, and they have been providing quick and reliable delivery of all of my meds and other pharmacy needs so that I do not need to enter the store. I travel extra distance just to fill my scripts and even had my mother switch to the Larchmont Pharmacy. The staff is kind , knowledgeable , patient and they go above and beyond for their customers. The store is clean , well stocked and carry items you may not find at your big chain pharmacies. Prices are reasonable and actually less than the norm. Wow! I was just referred to them to have some medical equipment fixed as the place I purchased it from basically said I was on my own. I spoke to Doug and he couldn't have been more helpful. Going forward, I will definitely reach out to them to purchase equipment, if/when possible.
