The pharmacy is a bunch of liars and said they had my script filled and I arrived and they didn't have it ready. They made me wait outside for 20-30 mins in my car and they didn't run my prescription out to me, when they said they would right away & calling them & after talking with this pharmacy. I changed over to Sunshine Pharmacy from CVS and I couldn't be any more happier and satisfied with my decision to change pharmacies. The customer service is outstanding, the staff will always pick up the phone and answer pleasantly when you call the pharmacy. Sunshine Pharmacy also has a texting service and the staff will respond within 5 min or less. The staff at the pharmacy have the competency and take the initiative to know their customers and their needs. I personally received a phone call from the Pharmacist welcoming me to Sunshine Pharmacy, thoroughly reviewing my health history, medication allergies, insurance info., and introducing me to the pharmacy's phone app and delivery services. You can also pay your co-pay on the app. The pharmacist helped me to schedule all my prescriptions to be filled at the same time each month and delivered right to my home the next day. The pharmacy always makes sure to have my prescription medications in stock. The delivery is discreet, ALWAYS on time, the delivery person is so pleasant and easy to get in contact with by just texting! Sunshine Pharmacy goes above and beyond to answer all your questions and concerns. The staff is excellent at communicating with their customers and the prescribers. I HIGHLY recommend anyone using the nightmare CVS pharmacy to change to Sunshine Pharmacy because it's literally a dream pharmacy. This is an excellent pharmacy. I love the small business/family vibe you get from this place. The employees are always very pleasant and very helpful. I actually switched to this pharmacy from cvs because I just felt like they could care less about their clients. When I call Sunshine in need of a prescription they always have it ready for me within a half an hour. There is never a long waiting time when you call unlike cvs, where i would have to wait half and hour just to speak with someone. I highly recommend using this pharmacy. read more

1- You have to follow up with them, and make a phone call to make sure your "delivery" order is placed as "delivery" for sure. Sunshine Pharmacy Westchester can't manage the orders online. I chose the free delivery option on Wednesday for Friday. Then I received a text that says " prescription is out for delivery". I haven't received any medicine though... Instead, I manually figured out that on their website, it looks like my prescription is listed as "pick up". I called them and the person introduced himself as a supervisor who didn't want to take any responsibility at all and told me they'll send it tomorrow. Still not sure if they sent it or not. Anything can happen. Fresh direct is more responsible and they just deliver groceries way less important than pharma... read more

Small, no frills, community type pharmacy. There's only one person available to help you at a time (at the pharmacy counter) and while I appreciate that they take time to care for the consumer I'd like to be able to get my script and go. My dermatologist recommended this pharmacy as they offer free delivery and offer discounts on the topical medications I need. So even though this is literally around the block from me it's nice to know that they will deliver and leave it with my concierge. The pharmacy staff are also very friendly as well as helpful. My husband used this pharmacy for the first time after not having success at big names like cvs & Walgreens. All I have to say is we will be using this pharmacy from now on. The tech was the best! I was in dire need of my medication. Had been without it for 6 days. I usually use Walgreens and couldn't get in touch with them. Spent 6 days trying to call and even spoke to managers with no help. It address the needs of people in a fast paced urban life while not loosing the personal touch you get from suburban living. The moment you step in the door, they know who you are, they know your meds and even know if there are any changes in your meds just from recalling it from the top of their minds. You continue the lovely chat about life you had a month ago as there are no long lines of patients waiting and rushing for things to get over with. First time in this recently revamped corner drug store -- a rarely found independent pharmacy with attentive customer service. The new owners have transformed this shop. Its pristine and the stock is organized and well-thought out. A personable young pharmacist, Alex, gave me a flu shot. He was professional and gave excellent advice on health matters. They have the usual drug store sundries, home/health items, comfort-type shoes, lottery tix, of course. And, they sell convenience items for folks waiting at the busy bus stop out front. Its really nice to see the revitalization of this shop (along with the other neighboring stores on this block). It a welcome boon to the neighborhood. read more

There is always friendly and competent service available. Questions are answered thoroughly and follow up questions are anticipated. Went looking for a face mask due to the Coronavirus and was happy to see that they were available as I had been to a large chain store and there was nothing but head scratching.
