If you come in for a vaccine appointment, bring a book because you're going to wait. I dread coming to pick up prescriptions here because I know that it will take at least 45 minutes out of my day between parking and waiting in line. In a salient example, I came here for a vaccine appointment that I had made online two weeks prior. When I arrived, I waited a few minutes at the vaccine window, and then got into the prescription pick-up line because I also had an Rx to get. As I was waiting, someone called me over to the vaccine window, so I got out of line and went there. I asked them if I could also get my Rx because I was waiting in line for that, and they told me no, that I'd have to get back in the Rx line (which was about 5 people deep at this point). Then, I heard the employees speaking amongst themselves that the vaccine person wasn't "here today" because they worked a double yesterday, and they told me that "it was gonna be awhile for the vaccines". So, I get back in line to get my Rx, wait, and they called me over for the vaccine when I was the next to get my Rx. I felt like I was in an episode of Mr. Bean. tl;dr: prepare to wait and not have your parking validated for it.

Unlike other CVS stores, they don't have to deal with any non-prescription merchandise. They're in Target, and everything in the store, except the prescriptions, is stocked, sold, and taken care of by Target. This lets this CVS Pharmacy focus on what you want a pharmacy to do well - fill prescriptions. Which they do extremely well. They also administer vaccines (by appointment through the CVS website.) I've been a regular customer for over 4 years now, and the only reason I'd ever switch would be if I moved. Even though there's never more than 1 pharmacist and 1 assistant at a time, they akways help their customers quickly and politely. O"ther CVS pharmacies would do well to see how this one gets their work done, because they stand out in efficiency, professionalism and courtesy.

THE WORST: I came to pick up medication for a colonoscopy that had been ordered many days before and was told it hadn't been ordered yet because they needed to know whether we would be responsible for the copay. No one called to ask us; they just waited for someone to come in and waste a trip. Furthermore, if we had come in for the meds the day before the colonoscopy we wouldn't have had them on time and would have had to cancel the procedure! This is inexcusable!

Walgreens has just about everything you might want or need. Walgreens was a life saver for me today. Strategically located in this shopping center where I came to get food, I was able to kill two birds without one stone, metaphorically! I found this particular Walgreens store to be spotless and neat, while providing very wide aisles. A herd of elephants can fit through these aisles, with no hesitation. The person at the register was kind and greeted me when I entered but failed to provide exemplary customer service by not asking me to input my number. I could have lost $3 in savings on this trip. Since I was the one to initiate me putting my number, I was able to save money with a healthy bit of change. I'm always inspired to save and cut costs. Walgreen came through for me today!
